Hello mrmileena,

Yupííí yey 😀. Not so bad, I'd say. Anything you would recommend to other players when it comes to Lucky Crypto Casino?

Hello Radka,

It's a very good casino to play at if you are more interested in playing longer than actually winning big. They offer a very large amount of bonuses and they have a lot of games. Although you will only be able to withdraw 5 times your deposit until you reach a deposit total of 500, which gives you the opportunity to withdraw 20 times your deposit amount.

Also be careful when playing with a bonus, they reduced the bet limit from 30 percent to 20 from the deposit. For example if you deposit 20 euros, you cannot bet 4 euros or more.

The withdrawal time is very long compared to other casinos but they should not worry, in the end they will be paid. I have made withdrawals more than 10 times and I was always paid.

By the way I have won again and I have to wait again 😁.

Hello Radka,

you know what they did? Since i kept winning, they installed a deposit limit of 1 euro on my account for no reason, so it is impossible for me to make any deposit.

I contacted them to fix it and it has been more than 2 weeks since the limit is there.

The manager told me after a week that it would be fixed and i would be personnally called but until now, everyone seems dead.

It is so obvious, you do not need 16 days to remove a limit on an account, especially when i never wrote to ask for it.

Hello,

I find it very hard to prove such a thing 🙁. Would the casino realy strip you from deposits? If so, would be much clever simply close your account from some sort of administrative decision.

Anyway, why would you deposit, if you were previously so lucky? Have you already lost your balance?

Or is it because you can only withdraw x times the deposited sum?

You can always try the complaint if you feel there is no other way. I still have my doubts about the evidence, though.

Hello,

I won very often on this casino, I deposited too but I won like 20 times. Last time I won 470 on a deposit of 20. Most of the time, I made withdrawals on the same day they made the pay out.

But after my last withdrawal, once the money was paid, I tried to deposit to play again but there was a limit on my account, I am not able to deposit.

Yes it is hard to prove such thing, although I don't understand why put a limit I didn't ask all of a sudden. And not simply taking it off like I asked. The limit is still active and I cannot deposit to play for 18 days now...

Unfortunately, some casinos do such things. I used to win on another casino called spinmadness and to stop me from winning, my bet was reduced to 40 cents per spin.

Hello,

as I said, try the complaint I have no better idea, aside from the constant recording of each of your gaming sessions. Although it still does not seems like proof in case the limits are changed again.

I understand that the period during which the recently changed limit can't be changed again serves as a protection for addicted players, so I would not dare to think that the casino can reverse that, still, it depends on how the system is designed, so again have no clue what is true.

Hello Radka,

I was right. They put in place a self exclusion on my account so I cannot deposit because I kept on winning.

I wrote a mail to close account since the problem wasn't fixed and I said it was useless having an account if I can't deposit.

The account was closed in the next hours without even a reply.

Hello mrmileena,

I still can't decide whether this is worth a complaint. I know that the issue is quite opposite to the usual so no disputed amount is available and the casino already possed a questionable reputation, complaining about let's say general experience probably makes no sense. 🤔 But if the casino truly tempers with the limits, I find misusing safe gambling tools very unresponsible, that's for sure.

Just to be perfectly sure, have you ever asked to be self-excluded in this casino, if not, I'd like to see the proof that you actually asked for it provided by the casino.

Hello Radka,

I have asked one in February I think when I joined the casino. I lost about 200 euros and I considered it was enough without having a withdrawal but I just wanted it closed, I didn't mention gambling issue so couple months later, I asked to reopen it and it was open. After that moment, I kept on winning, I think I won around 5k there in total, a lot of times 400 and 470 euros.

I also asked with one e-mail to close account but since I won just after it, I sent another mail to cancel the closure. But I have never asked a self exclusion limit on deposits.

Also, if my mail was the reason, they would have told me that I asked in the past, they will not tell me it is a bug they need to fix. The manager Michael told me he will look in the problem himself and fix it the next day and will call me but I never got any answer.

And like I said, I wrote several mails and I never got a reply. But when I asked closure it was immediately closed and they didn't even dare send a mail, a reply to my demand.

Hello,

I think there is nothing further I can add at the moment. Just not the best customer support at least, would be much easier to say that it was a bug 😀. Let's wait whether somebody else experienced anything similar.

I'm sorry I have nothing better to say.

Hello, so they pay out 20 times what you paid in and afterwards if you keep playing and win you can also have it paid out?

Hi there,

I just wanted to mention that I'd be careful.

Even the bonuses are limited as "Minimum deposit: €20, Maximum cashout: 5x deposit value"

Plus, the withdrawal limit is pretty low itself: per month €3,000

Hello,

I was paid once or twice and last time I won bigger (1700+) and now they don't pay for over 30 days, everytime I ask for it they say it will be checked by finance team and it's of course not, next week same story over and over again...

Hello there,

Any chance the casino put your account under further investigation? I'm trying to figure out what causes such a delay.

Would be nice to get a straight answer from the casino, though. If you feel you need help, consider submitting a complaint. It's free a quite an effective tool to help you out.

Use this link, if you want o try that out.

So actually a supper casino bonus and they really have a large selection, but as far as the payout is concerned, you wait far too long I've been waiting for over 4 weeks now on 08/03/ I requested a payout and nothing has happened to date and today we have 11/04

I was hoping for a positive experience until I reached the part describing the withdrawal...

Has the casino provided a reasonable explanation for such a delay? I really hope you're in touch with its support. 🤔

Just in case, we offer a free complaint process to support players in a similar situation. If you're interested, go through this guide, please.

The complaint itself can be submitted by using this link - if you prefer to do so.

Let me know what you think about it.

The casino tells me they have very big winners it's been a long time and they say every time in the chat it will be processed this week but they've been saying that for 3 weeks

The casino was rated lower because of the lower revenues, it says "Bigger casinos are generally safer for players, because their high revenues allow them to pay out even very big wins without any issues and their quality has been proven by a large number of players. We take into account estimated revenues over the last 4 years."

I would love to know how much those lucky winners won, since it delays standard withdrawals.

Please share all related info with the complaint handler. 🙏
