I won 1408 euros, today played at another casino and won 1600 euros and 20 minutes later I had the money on my account. And here I've been waiting for almost 5 weeks.

When I made a deposit to this casino, the deposit was denied due to a problem on the casino's part.

The casino says they will refund my money, but they don't seem to cover the deposit fee.

As a result I lost only the high commission.
