Hello very very bad casino I waited 8 weeks for my payout and when they finally paid it out they gave me a deposit limit of 1 euro. And then I asked what that was supposed to be, then they told me there was a technical problem where there was also a lie because the deposits worked for my friend. I won too much, so they set a limit of 1 euro. Look for another casino, there are better ones.

I was happy with this casino because they offered generous amounts of bonuses and free bonuses. They had almost every game I like, the only bad point is that some games cannot be played with an active bonus.

The withdrawal problem is why I am not giving more stars, it takes from 5 to 12 days most of the time but I always received my money.

I change the review to 1 star since they blocked my account from deposits by placing self exclusion I never asked just because I was winning a lot. I contacted them for like a month to fix it but I had no answer and I knew they did this so I close the account.

I wrote yesterday to close my account and miraculously it was closed in not even couple hours, so I was right they blocked my account so I don't win until I ask closure.

Have requested a withdrawl I asked in chat how long and was told 4 to 6 days I advised them their terms and conditions said 72 hours which they didn't even know about. Mickeal the manager came on the chat and was so rude to me. Terrible customer service from a manager

Worst casino I have ever played in !!!
Don't play it I assure you it sucks!
I asked to close my account and I sent the email 2 weeks ago almost and no one responds or wants to close it they just make excuses not to close it !!
They have a minimum of € 100 for a withdrawal so if they give you free bonuses they are of no use and are almost impossible to convert into real money!

Games are fair seems like to me. Live support always says wait. Ive had them contact me saying youre withdrawel will be done on monday or tuesday. And a week after im still waiting on it. Withdrawels are threated like a joke here. Waiting more then 2 weeks on a withdrawel is really common. Ive always got my withdrawels but this waiting time just sucks. VIP agreement with VIP manager suddently gone wheb you have big withdrawel. If youre VIP make sure you screenshot youre proof. Be carefull with the terms here to.

The bonus and other campaign conditions are completely unreasonable, so don't fall for it.

With €2 bonar, small increases at first.
Recycle through, after which you go up to €3400.
At this point, I started to get really worried, when I thought that it's true that even here someone 100€ max. lift.
Well, I went to read the conditions and the maximum withdrawal is 3x the given bonus. So €6! XD
Min. However, the withdrawal limit is already €100 (So it wouldn't have occurred to me to start raising anything, but this is the point anyway).

If these Monopoli pennies have to be distributed, then at least pay the reasonable profits now, if by some miracle someone hits something with them. The right pod would probably have melted, like the oxygen tank of the maintenance module of the Apollo 13 flight!
