Hello, would it be possible to tell why this is so and the casino is withholding your money ? How long has your situation been going on ? Tell me a little more.

31st of October rhe have been witholding payment saying it is a duplicate it isn't, I closed an account a few months ago, i wasnt happy with the company, wasnt winning and bonuses were rubbish. My friend told me it was good so i thought i would give it another try. I couldn't log into the one i closed and opened a new one. They happily took £470 deposits over 5 weeks. Ive had withdrawals. Then out of nowhere closed my account and withheld £200 withdrawal. That was the 31st of October. They are still mucking me around. I overspent on the 31st. I managed to deposit £170 one after an other in a short amount of time. It was my birthday, i was alone and had a few whiskeys. So yes it was stupid i know. I have bi polar and can be impulsive.

Then they blocked me that day. And withheld the 200.

So i really need this money. I have kids..i have no money for food. This is thier reply to me today. Making me wait again.

Update. After 10 days, at least 20 emails, facebook messages abd help from casino guru and resolver. I have just had an email saying I will receive my funds in 3 to 5 working days. There was no need for them to close my account. They also did it after letting me repeatedly put £170 of small deposits in a short amount of time. The stress I have had was uncalled for. I do not recommend this company at all.

Hi there was no chat to contact them by also they never reply to any emails ..but in a good note I got my withdrawal within 24 hours of the email. Since them I've tried to email and ask.some questions but I've never been got back too so it seems as long as nothing goes wrong its fine but if you have a problem it's exte hard to get in touch with someone

Hello, I have read what happened and I see that you have already received the update and your money should be coming soon. Could you let us know when it arrives, if it all went well ? 

However, I would also like to point out that if you say you need money, it would be best not to play, because if you lose the money in the casino then you probably won't get it back. So unless you have something on the side, I would recommend not to play.

Sure got it. So you still play at this casino even though communication is obviously not their strong point ? I'm just asking out of curiosity because, as you say, if there are problems, then it's hard to solve something.

Hi sorry I thought this was just an advice page 😅 no I don't play at the casino anymore due to not being able to contact them with any response as even tho it sorted itself I never got a reply so I decided to close my account incase any problems did arise which I wouldn't be able to sort

Hi my update is..

They paid out on the 11th of November. 11 days after original withdrawal request. I asked for thier final response for IBAS and they paid within the hour. 96 hours you wait for an email reply from customer care. There is nothing I can write that is positive about lottoland. I didnt have duplicate accounts.

We give casinos 14 days to resolve the withdrawal, so the casino fits within this time frame, although I understand that the longer it takes the more nervous you get. 

As for the reply to your email, I think that's quite a long time to wait 4 days. 

However, could I ask you to update your complaint here, where you write to Petronela that you have already received the money so that she can close the complaint ? It would certainly be appropriate. 

Besides, you also said that you are not coming back to this casino, so I suppose this is final on your part.

Have you already verified your casino account ? I think that if the casino closed your account, at least some explanation would be appropriate, since we have basically nothing. 

Therefore, we will have to wait and see what our team finds out. I hope this will be resolved as soon as possible. 

Of course, if you have something new, please update the complaint and also us. I will keep my fingers crossed for you. 🤞

They hadn’t asked for verification. I send my driving license but that was it. Normally that sort of stuff would be done before I make a deposit or shortly after. I’m willing to provide it to them. There’s literally no wrong doing on my part.

Some casinos require it right away, some require it when you make your first withdrawal, and some require it after you win a larger amount, for example. 

However, it's great to have everything ready to go and to be able to provide it if they need it. And since you say that in your opinion there was no violation on your part, as I said, it would be best to hear something from the casino as well. In the meantime, we'll let our team investigate the whole situation.
