I call the Chat and they tell me excuses that the relevant department has a lot of payment loading and don't worry about your money, it will be processed as soon as possible. The casino's terms say that withdrawals will be processed within 3 days. I can't find a way out of this casino. When we make a deposit, everything is fine. We want to get our winnings. Honestly, I can't imagine why the casino should say that because the situation has been pretty the same for a few months, thus any possible explanation would pretty much sound quite foolish. Decent casinos are capable of sorting out withdrawal-associated issues much more effectively, I'd say.

Hello... I was also skeptical about the payout... I won €17,000 and the first payment arrived after 48 hours via inpay transfer... I mean the money is flowing... I want to see if the rest comes too... PS I'm on level 3 which means higher payouts or €12,000 a month... I hope I could help with my statement...

The practices of these casinos are very questionable... as soon as you make 4-5 withdrawals, they'll drop you to level 1 without explanation, and you'll have to wait months to withdraw it... it happened to me with €12k and many other players... I hope you can get it out soon, just like all of us...

One question: When you say months, do you mean months to process a withdrawal? Or months to withdraw the total balance in three withdrawals of €500?

I also don't understand the rating you're giving this casino, considering all the problems it's causing. And today marks 12 days since my withdrawal, and they've given me no sign of it. This is shameful; I'm fed up with it...

Hello, of course it appears quite weird, though as I believe I tried to explain - Safety Index in this situation will change based on the complaints results. For that, the complaints first need to be closed, yet since the casino somehow pays the money out, many complaints are still open, and the rest of the players have been paid.

However, the user experience has been terrible and it is reflected in the user feedback, which, along with the review, in my opinion, describes the reality. Players will get the money, but the experience is awfull.

As I said, get prepared for longer waiting. 🙁

Day 15 already and I'm still the same, half a month and the same as always, shameful...

I sent an email to support, and they gave me the same answers as the live chat. They were just useless responses.

Have you had any news? I'm still the same, without a single euro in my account.

New update: I haven't received a cent since March 14th. Today I have €800 on hold three times, and €11,500 is still in my account. After numerous email attempts, I haven't received a single response. I was told in the chat that payouts now have priority because they have been in processing for a week. Of course, this wasn't adhered to. I'll open a complaint today and upload all the screenshots from the emails, because the casino is violating its own terms and conditions.

PS: Deposits were always debited to my account within 2 days, so no one is overwhelmed
