And the crap continues. Chat just ended due to too many requests. Was supposed to call me back in an hour. Done. Then a change of employee because the person had answered in Italian. She had a shift change. The next employee ended the chat again. Then the chat started again. She now apparently wants to forward it to the specialist department. When I asked who the department was and how long it would take and whether it was a complaint, nothing more came as there was still no response. Another standard text. Have fun on our site.

However, I see that several players have the same problem as you, so obviously you will have to be patient. We give casinos 14 days to sort out the withdrawal process. Most of them get them about 2 weeks after they're submitted.
As for verification, as long as the casino doesn't need it, you won't have to do it. However, if this continues and you don't receive your withdrawals or a reason why this is happening, be sure to mention it. Our team will try to help.
