Hello! I didn’t want to publish my complaint for a long time and thought that everything would be resolved. But no. My withdrawal request has not been processed for 21 days. Verification of the account has been going on for 18 days. Each document is checked for approximately a week and everything takes a long time. I haven't been able to withdraw my money for almost a month. It's horrible! After all, all the documents could have been checked in a day, but the verification has been going on for more than two weeks!

Hello. I thing it would be really wise from you to submit a complaint, especially in this situation. It really is a long time for the verification process to be done. Have they explained to you, what is the reason they asked you to log in without VPN, if you say that you do not use one? Why do they suspect, that you have actually used VPN? The support should be able to explain that, for sure. 🤔

Это просто мерзко со стороны казино так нагло воровать деньги! Причем копейки! Казино возможно банкрот поэтому ворует деньги игроков чтобы покрыть долги. Скорее всего это правда.

I've had a positive experience so far at King Maker. I made a 2k cash deposit, and have 15k remaining after withdrawing 1950. I made most of this playing table games. The slots are a bit of a mixed bag with some providers at 96%, but other like hacksaw and nolimit are the 92% version which are more difficult to win on.
