Well, I'm glad you got the money. I don't think 5 days is that long. What method did you use to withdraw it, if I may ask? Sometimes the casino has to do whatever it takes to send the money, and until then you have to be a little patient. A lot of players get carried away and opinions like scam casinos and the like are, in my opinion, quite unnecessary at the beginning of the withdrawal. 

Either way, it turned out well, which is the most important thing, and if you feel that the withdrawals should be faster, you always have options.

750 in 24 hours, then my vip level 3 kicked in so I could withdraw 1200 the next day. That just hit my wallet. It resets at UTC 00:00 so you can make another withdrawl. They've been processed and paid within 24 hours of making the request.

This has got to be my personal luckiest casino ever. From my initial 2k cash Deposit I've made 4 withdrawls totalling 4350, but still have a balance of over forty thousand. I think the VIP requirements need fine tuning however, as they ignore activity completely... I've wagered over 300k in the last week, but none of it counts towards your VIP Level, it's soley based on deposits/withdrawls and bonuses taken. All withdrawls are processed within 24 hours, albeit limited to 1200 a day for VIP lvl3. Looks like it will take a couple of months before I can withdraw it all and make a full review.

I recommend no one to play in this casino they don't pay withdrawals they make fun of me every time I tell them why my withdrawal is late it's all processing crappy casino blacklist get in big scam

I wish you to continue to feel this way, about the casino being your lucky one, really. Let me just express, that it is not unusual that the VIP level is based mostly on the deposit. I would say that in most of the casinos they take it this way. The good thing is, that the withdrawals are fast, as you say.🙂

It is a little frustrating however. Since I've now withdrawn more than my initial 2k deposit, the system automatically put me back to level 1, which means I am stuck with $750 a day withdrawls. I've Grown my balance to 140k, which means it will take me over a year to withdraw it (taking into account 10500 monthly withdrawl limits) I've wager 1.1 million in the last week, So if activity was taken into account this would not be the case

For a week now they have not given me a deposit of 140 euros it is tragic there is no excuse for them they are scammers! Every time I send a message I keep hearing soon we will inform you the withdrawal is in the process of withdrawal

That's true if the casino would take it as you say. You wagered too much I guess and it's a shame that the casino threw you back to lvl1. I would say that loyal players like that are good for the casino, but then again, if you win as much as you did, I can see why the casino did it that way. It will be important that your withdrawals are still fast and that the money always comes in. Of course, if you have a problem, you know you can contact us.

However, has your account been verified yet? The only thing the casino told you was to wait and that your withdrawal is in the queue ? I know it's not the most pleasant thing, to be in something like this but I would try to be patient and if the casino doesn't give any reason and the time I mentioned passes, just let me know and we'll try to help you out.

I have tried to withdraw money several times since March 8, 2024. I keep getting rejected. And you only hear the same sentences from LiveSupport. It can't be that deposits work quickly and withdrawals don't. Today my withdrawal that was older than 5 days was rejected again. Email to support also takes a long time to respond, if they respond at all.
