I was trying to help you out a bit and describe that in our process we give the casinos 14 days, not that the casino has to do it. After that time when players file a complaint we try to help them, so it's quite nice that you call me an idiot if I just wanted to lend a hand. Just because the casino tells you that the withdrawal will be sent and you will have it in three days doesn't always have to be the case.
