They tell me that my bank canceled the withdrawals (while they were assuring me that my withdrawals were in the final stages of approval).

They tell me that I canceled them myself (I don't have access to my account because I've been banned)

They tell me that they have canceled them themselves and they have re-done them to be done manually (I don't know what that means). In order to be done manually they have asked me to give them IBAN details and so on.

If they told you they had to do it manually and asked you for information on where to send it, I would see it more positively. Sometimes situations like this arise in withdrawals and problems come up, so sometimes the casino will resort to making the withdrawal this way. There was no bonus, I won x amount from my real money and I could only withdraw €1500, after about 2-3 weeks I had to bet €1500 again to withdraw €1500 and so on then there were restrictions, for example I wanted to bet €100 but only €8 was accepted or I wanted to play an event 2-3 times but it didn't work because I couldn't place a repeat bet.
