There is no reply to emails after 3 pending withdrawals you cannot make a fourth one.
I would like to get certified and this doesn't seem to be possible because it says it's not necessary.

first time I see a casino that won't let me cancel a withdrawal, I've talked 100 times with the chat but nothing happens..has this happened to anyone else?

I can't recommend to anyone.
They don't pay winnings and they don't answer questions, the only answer from them is we ask you to be more patient.
I have now been waiting for my withdrawal for 1 week and my money is not visible.
I hope this and other sister casinos close quickly.
