Because Radka's MGA topic comes up here - sorry, for me MGA is a joke when it comes to helping players. I submitted several complaints years ago and the only answer I read was - it can take up to a few months - it's been years since then - nothing.

There was more communication once - MGA referred me to another website that was more concerned with this - this website then sent me back to MGA - because it was none of their business. And after that, nothing more happened

This is quite sad, I remember when the MGA was still quite reliable according to the players and they received a proper explanation from this authority as to why they have an opinion and whether they support the casino or the player. Now I see more and more that it is exactly the opposite and the players get less and less of an explanation at all. It is a pity. 😕

I tried this casino today and took the welcome bonus with my first deposit. My money + the bonus money were gone within about 20 minutes on a low stake.

Then the FS. There were 200 FS at once for the Gates of Olympus slot. Playing down the 200 FS was really a pain 😀 at some point I started to stop myself so that the FS would be played through faster. Then something happened that I had never experienced in 10 years of playing online casinos. On one spin I got the 500x multiplier from the good man in the top right plus an additional 250x. I was totally confused. The end of the story, €975 profit. But bonus money 🙄 of course something like that never happens with real money.

Yes, I always read the terms and conditions beforehand 🙂 I don't think I could manage it, it's just too much, I can't turn over the amount. I wouldn't even be able to make that much profit in a year 😀 so I don't think it will work.

The problem with free spins is that most casinos have a winning limit - usually 50 euros or so, and you don't get any more^^

That's how I see it too. They were free spins from the welcome bonus package. As far as I understood, the terms and conditions stated that you can withdraw a maximum of €300 after wagering. But I didn't manage to wager this amount; it's simply impossible to wager such a large amount, especially because after this win there was absolutely no more winnings 🙂 whatever, my account is now closed because I found the casino pretty bad.
