I can see that if you have such feelings, it would probably be best to take a break or quit playing in online casinos. I think it should just be a casual entertainment and shouldn't cause such emotions.

Regarding your situation, I would also contact the payment provider in this case, because it might be a mistake on their side. If the casino didn't receive the money, it's hard to do anything about it because as I said their hands are tied. Try to ask what the provider itself will tell you.

Thats the problem they dont tell me the name of their provider so i can contact them

Hmm, I was referring to the provider from where you sent the money. So if it was through a bank, contact your bank to see if everything went well. If it was from another company, contact them directly.

Do we understand each other?  🤔

In Sweden, it is forbidden to send money directly to the casino if a Swedish license is missing. Casino now has different "online stores" so they use a 3rd party payment operator. I have spoken to my bank they say the money has gone to Mexico. The casino says the money is still pending. I have shown the transaction that the money from my bank has already been taken. But the casino is not that helpful

Thanks for the clarification. Preferably, the casino and its third-party payment provider should look into this issue directly. At least it would make sense to me. Generally speaking, it's quite common for the deposit to end up in a completely different company with a different merchant code too.

(Associated thread here here:

https://casino.guru/forum/complaints-discussion/question-about-gambling-websites-with-curacao-license-using-incorrect-merchant-category-code )

Sadly, without having access to the payment provider, it's really hard to move forward. Nevertheless, I advise submitting a free complaint directly through our Resolution Center if you feel helpless about what to do. If nothing else, it ought to offer an opportunity to look into whether the casino is making an effort to address the problem.

Anyway, if you want to find out more about the process, please follow this link 👈

Don’t do the same mistake as I did. I have played a lot, a lot. When finally I got a win of 40.000 nok and tried to withdraw , I have been waiting one day and the withdrawal was still pending . Then I went to ask when do I get my withdrawal processed they said that it takes up to two days to process it, of course they do it in purpose so you can cancel it, that’s why they won’t process it faster as other casinos does. So guys, if you want to know , yes they use 2 days to process it, I’m not sure if it’s real because I haven’t got so far to wait 2 days, I have been waiting only one day and the withdrawal was still processing so I could cancel it . Yes I have canceled it and use the funds. You will never get away with your withdrawal so it’s up to you I have closed my account

Hello, I don't want to be mean but in many casinos the withdrawal process is an even longer procedure and if you only have to wait 2 days I don't think it's a big deal at all. If you have the urge to keep playing then it's probably not good and I'm very sorry that you probably lost your money in the end. If you won such a big amount I wouldn't be surprised if the casino also did some check of gameplay, which could take even longer.

I guess that will have to change or you will have to play in a casino where it takes a while to get your money sent to you.

No, you are actually wrong here. only disgusting and non-serious casinos keep a withdrawal 24h. Casino with a Swedish license pays out immediately. Talking about them having to "watch" when you win big is also big bullshit. I have won 120,000 kroner on Swedish games and I got it paid out within 5 minutes. and this was on netent slots.

Stop playing at curucao and cista rica casino.. UNDERSTAND ONE THING. You don't get any money. They know that ONLY gambling addicts play at these casinos. They know that you gamble away the money, so they don't pay out. They delay it until you lose..

Greetings, Gez80

I can appreciate your opinions to some extent, but when speaking to other players in particular, please refrain from presenting your suggestions as the only definitive general reality here in the forum. You are not very helpful when you try to scare other members just because you think you know how every casino works.

Although Jaro has been fairly kind to you, you are again going too far, in my opinion:

In fact, a large number of Curcao-licensed casinos pay out winnings without any hesitation. Players prove that almost daily through user reviews or complaints.

Some of these just don't want to pay out for costly licenses, for instance.

Furthermore, let me reiterate that this is a forum - a place for respectful conversation and support. Recognize that, or else you will not be able to publish any more non-objective posts.

Your words perhaps have a good point, but still, it is quite misleading to compare how it looks when a Swedish player plays in an SGA-licensed casino to a situation when an international player plays in the casino without a local license. The conditions are different.

I can assure you that 24 hours for withdrawal is not business standard, yet it's a far too short timeframe to accuse any casino of stalling.

However, it's great you were paid so quickly. Care to share a screenshot, perhaps? Such a capable casino is definitely worth a little appreciation.

I have played at mga casinos which are "international" which pay out much faster. Only casino from banana republics that delay withdrawals. I understand that you think I'm talking shit Mr. Of course I can share a picture. file

Cool thanks. However, the screenshot does not say much, the withdrawal request time and date are missing.

You don't need to take that so personally; as long as you tone down your attitude and remain decent, you are more than welcome to stay. In my opinion, you have some good thoughts and many experiences, so it will be quite a loss to the community if we part ways.

Speaking about MGA, have you too noticed they seem to be less engaged in the player's issues?

At least I got the impression from other players.

I am only talking about my experiences. I'm trying to give good advice here. I don't lie to people on the forum. Basically, Swedish casinos are based on Malta. The only mga casino I consider to be unfair is nordscasino, betsamigo etc..

There is nothing wrong with my attitude. I would appreciate it if we stay on a friendly level. It is you who somehow tries to distinguish my attitude through writing. I've been here a long time and never had a fight with anyone. Thanks

I can't fully agree on that.

The way you present your experiences sometimes exceeds a reasonable level, and the way you provide your opinions is quite often inappropriate. I do not doubt your good intentions, but the outcome is sometimes so straightforward that it's almost like preaching. Generalism won't help others. Just keep it concrete, decent, and friendly.
