My withdrawal is being processed again and I am told to wait 72 hours. I don't know what to do. They always come up with something new. First the selfie, then the allegedly misspelled last name, then another bank document. I actually wonder what will happen if they don't pay out and at the same time the €5,000.00 stays in the account

Es gibt tatsächlich etwas Positives zu berichten. Noch vor Ablauf der 72 Stunden ist meine Auszahlungsanfrage nun verschwunden und wurde nicht storniert. Das Geld (500,00€) ist bereits auf meinem Konto eingegangen und die nächste Auszahlung beantragt.
Yes, if the pace continues or 5k on the account, one payout per week means now 9 more weeks 😀 until they have paid you out in full! Then it means stay iron and don't touch! Or do you play in another casino on the side or was that just a one-time thing?! Or why not take a well-known casino? platinum or etc
I'd say since the account it verified and the 1st withdrawal was processed, it could be faster than 9 weeks 🙂
Update: After my first successful payout on February 17th, I requested the next payout on the same day. Already yesterday, on 02.21. my requested withdrawal was no longer to be found under the item "pending withdrawals" and was apparently processed successfully. Unlike before, the money was in my account on the same day. I'm still waiting for the money to come in. In the chat I was told that it can take 3-5 days for the money to arrive. (Absolutely not correct, because international transfers take a maximum of 1 working day). Well, still okay, as long as the money comes in. Of course I applied for the third payout of €500.00 just yesterday. Today this payment was then canceled. Reason: The casino lacks an official document from my cell phone provider. Although two payouts have already been processed and although this document was of course uploaded 2 weeks ago! So the drama goes on...
They just try to play for time with all means so that you gamble everything away again! Don't know why such a casino is still on the market! There are a lot of good Curacao casinos that pay out within minutes (e.g. dama nv casinos ) and such casinos drag everything into the dirt
