I didn't have to do a KYC. My withdrawal was approved after a few hours and 2 days later the money was in my account.
What kind of funny answers do they give?

Payment team are going to review it as soon as possible. That they are very busy. Then someone else will say they don’t work today (Friday)… then someone else will say it’s in my bank soon but I have no email to say it’s approved (shows pending).
Now is day 3 and over 48h and I see it pending with no email or anything.
so after few hours you had an approved email? I’m at about 50 hours now and nothing.

Played here for couple of days so I will write a review soon. Got 2 withdrawals pending (1 for already 48hrs) depending on how that goes I’m going to write my review but I can already say that paying €20 for a bank withdrawal is ridiculous. (so €40 gone for withdrawals that take ages)
That's huge! I assume the casino is trying to motivate players to withdraw less often but ask for higher sums, perhaps.

As I write in my review if they change the pending time for withdrawals and the ridiculous fee I’m sure they gain a lot more customers (if you see all the reviews and reactions here most of them are about the pending time and fee)

I was hoping the casino representative would share a concrete response on the subject frankly, seems like we have to go on with the previous very general comment.🤔
This is a really shady casino, they take money from gambling addicts and stated that they never received my email where I inform them about the game problem, I was able to prove with the help of a third party that the email was sent to them and delivered successfully and they received the email. They didn't take action (on purpose? Or due to human error) after this when I sent them strong evidence of the nature of my complaint they took the complaint back for processing, it's been 2 weeks and I haven't received any response from them, day after day I get responses "the matter is being processed, you will receive a response today" every day the same song. And there is no answer. They informed me that I need to do a verification to get my refund request I did the verification I did everything they asked but still you don't hear anything from them. I think it's really irresponsible.
