Good afternoon, I had a problem today with izzi casino, I made a bet on basketball and they declared it lost. I sent the photo of the bet and asked why the bet was considered lost and shortly after contacting them, my bet was changed to under instead of over, even though I sent the photo, they said I bet wrong and I didn't they could do nothing.

All requests was rejected. Support ask me to made all kind of selfies with all documents (at all I uploaded like 10 files). Support said that everything is ok now and I can withdrawal, but next day I got message from support:
