Hello... I see that Izzi Casino has a very good opinion with you... After depositing 20 euros and winning 60 euros, the casino first withdrew my withdrawal, asked for a video selfie, when I did it again, my withdrawal was withdrawn and made me wait 31 days for an additional verifications... is this casino behavior normal?
While KYC is fairly normal and some casinos require it after a first withdrawal is requested, a video selfie seems excessive, sending photos of our IDs and bills is already annoying, and a video selfie on top of that? The extra verification on such a short timeframe is not normal, and worse if they made you wait that long, I would definitely advise to avoid this casino and any other with such procedures. I would close my account after the withdrawal is completed if I was you.
Yes, I think this is very inappropriate behavior on the part of the casino, especially since the amount I won is very small and I literally played a few bets for small amounts
I'd love to hear some concrete reason for such an unusual procedure. Though casinos undergo similar additional security checks for some reason, I would expect an explanation. I agree the sum was pretty low, hence I would exclude AML policy...

I think the possible explanation is that they found something strange on your account and they're not sure if the evidence is strong enough to void your winnings. Have you played with a bonus? Is there anyone else from your family who's registered in the casino as well?
No one in my family has an account... I only play... I haven't taken any bonuses from the casino... From the very beginning I play with my own funds, I played literally a few bets for small stakes, so I don't understand this selfie video verification and blocking the withdrawal, especially since the casino has such a high rating here on the site
