They are ignoring and want Guru casino to decide, but they have already been decided and given their opinion and still Izzi casino won't accept,this is now 3 months ago! This site is nothing to recommend,go to ther Instagram account and file a "File a complaint" on the license maker, just to clarify that they are not going and working like a LEGIT CASINO this is scam, they deleted everything my transaction and bet history, but I already have taken screenshot and have the whole chat conversation. I agree that in your case, you have every right to be angry. On the other hand, this is the only act of unfairness we have come across with Izzi so far. Thus, the rating won't fall too low in that regard.
I'm sorry it ended like this. Please be assured once the casino wants its precious rating back, someone needs to address your complaint again.
