Hi Radka.
I am waiting friday to open a complaint. Thé 2 weeks period since withdraw request will bé reached.
Right, so if nothing changes, I would also definitely recommend a complaint and as Radka also mentioned in case it is not sports betting.
For now, we will wait and if new information comes up, be sure to let us know.
It's been 5 days since I sent my KYC documents and no response.
They've also cancelled my withdrawal request and the funds are now visible in my balance even though I didn't ask for that.
As far as I'm concerned, this looks like a deliberate move to encourage players to lose.
Support answers are still hard to obtain.
Quite honestly, I have serious doubts about the reviews that were posted up until 3 months ago on casino guru. Fast withdrawals, great customer support... it doesn't match what I experience nor what other people here are saying.
All you can do is contact Gaming Curacao immediately and send a complaint with all evidence about this so they will intervene. If the casino then keep rejecting they lose their license which would be a good hint to all other potential players for the casino that will avoid it.

And of course also file a complaint on this platform to let their score drop as it is way to high.

Hello!
It seems I must ask you directly on the subject: Is sports betting involved, please?
I'm asking to find out whether I should recommend submitting a complaint or not.
Generally speaking, I would wait for the update regarding the KYC first. However, I understand your concern, the lack of communication is not a good sign.
Hi Radka
I confirm I placed sport bets on heybets.
Is it a problèm to open a complaint as it IS not involve in my problèm with heybets ?
Oh no 🙁.
I was afraid of that the whole time...
The catch is that we do not address complaints about sports betting because there are different aspects and rules than in the case of casino games. We're simply lacking the knowledge to help players with that.
Technically, no issue with submitting the complaint, but most likely, it will be dismissed eventually.
My point was to say this before I would make a misplaced recommendation - I'm truly sorry.
Have you ever heard about those sites, perhaps?
https://www.bookmakers.bet/submit-a-complaint/
https://www.top100bookmakers.com/contact-us/

Yes and they do respond (could take a week or 2 sometimes) and could take action against casinos that break their own rules or the license rules of them.
Thanks Youssf
@Radka It's a pity that it's not possible to open a complaint as soon as the player has placed a sports bet. Indeed, I think that in many cases like the one I'm dealing with, the fact that I made sports bets doesn't play a part in the situation. However, these are your rules and I accept them.
As far as my case is concerned, I'm afraid I've got some very bad news. Following my KYC they told me that they didn't accept French players and that they were going to close my account. I consider this to be extremely dishonest, because even though after checking France is a restricted country according to their terms and conditions, they don't ask for the country when registering, don't block the website from France and let me deposit 2 times and play.
I'm afraid I have no further recourse...very frustrating. The fact of letting the player deposit without any chance of being able to withdraw seems so unfair to me...But a very effective strategy to enable heybets to rob its customers
Thanks Youssf

This is really a tough situation. But as I said, try the complaint first - let the Complaint Team decide whether they want to get engaged.
In the worst case, it gets rejected, but that's all.
Sadly, it is not my place to decide whether such a case will be accepted
I would try that at least.
What you have just described sounds truly unfair, and it is worth checking. Make sure to describe everything, so the merit of your issue is clearly pointed out. This is my recommendation.
Are you going to try a complaint after all?
Not sure yet for complaint. I'm not sure I want to spend any more energy on this problem with very little chance of success... for 600usd. I'll think about it.
I did post a review on casino guru and other sites. Maybe this will save some potential players from getting ripped off.
I have the impression that heybets has disabled the ability to contact support via live chat on their site. Maybe it's for the best, as it was ridiculous to write into the livechat and receive a reply 1 week later.
I'm on my smartphone and I can't see the icon anymore.
