Sometimes when a casino is going bankrupt or closing its operations they start with behavior like this and only accepts deposits and players to join but have serious delays/problems with payouts. This was something I remembered with Bitdice and Beemcasino that did this.
Its everything but fair, but since they are Curacao/Cyprus based casinos this is quite common behavior.
Of course I do not hope this is the case and that their behavior has some logic explanation but otherwise it could be a bad sign for all duped players.
I do hope that the Casino Guru Team will monitor this actively and reconsider the score for this casino as players might think now its all safe and the risks are low.
According to recent complaints and your experiences, I see the casino as a one badly organized, preferring to ignore players rather than improve its policies, procedures, or even communications...
Well, totally unprofessional if you ask me.
I hope the complaint ends soon yet fairly for you!
@Casino Guru Team
Is it possible to delete my complaint so I can file a new one since I got no update about the re open request. And also the disputed amount is not correct and with the confirmation of closure due to restricted countries the case is quite different now.
Hey. The complaint team does not delete old complaints, but I have spoken to them and you can request a reopen again if you have relevant evidence. This means that the best thing to do would be to upload evidence that the casino has closed your account and ideally confiscated your winnings because you are from a restricted country.
Let us know then if this was successful and there was no problem with the reopening.
Complaint made to Curacao authority now. Advice others to do the same.

In any case, the problemswith heybets remind me of the importance of playing on reliable sites. I know several sites that offer truly instant crypto withdrawals. That is, the moment I click on the withdraw button, when I go to my wallet, the money has already arrived. I don't think I'll be trying out any new casinos any time soon in order to stick to reliable sites.
Entertainment turns into a problem in case of scam, which is the opposite goal of gambling in my opinion...
The gaming authroity is now taking my complaint for investigation. I again encourage other players who are unfairly treated to make their complaint to: complaints@gaming-curacao.com
Sounds like a cliche, but we are stronger together.
While I tried to send a follow up mail regarding my complaint to Heybets, the mails get rejected as their server identified my mail as spam.
This does proof that the casino is trying to hide itself and doing all it can to escape my case, I do hope Casino Guru can get the complaint solved before I turn to Gaming Curacao too as the casino wrote literally on this platform that they issue full refunds to restricted countries players..
