Hello there.

Does it mean you successfully deposited to the casino the second time?

Enter your BTC wallet for past transactions, please.

I'm asking to ensure the issue has been solved because I'm not entirely sure. I'll wait for your reply.

No need to apologize, though - we are always willing to advise - if possible.

I play in several casinos.

And I don't check in my wallet whether I succeeded in depositing how much at which casino. If the casino balance is increasing, we are considered successful.

I don't check the history every time I make a deposit

I've never had a casino balance increase without a deposit being confirmed.

Because casinos strictly check deposits and withdrawals, right?

So I trust the casino I play in that regard.

But that's why I was suspicious of the request to deposit money with a single email. Moreover, the deposit address is the address listed in the email. I can find out from the casino deposit page.

Is the only address in the email really a casino wallet?

I was suspected of a loan scam by one person in charge.

I believe if this request is correctly from the casino. However, I think it must be correctly recorded in the history.

Even if I try to find the latest history, my account is locked, so I don't know when I have deposited.

I like Grande Vegas. It's sad that the account is locked there. So I don't know what it is anymore, but I just sent the money to the indicated address (BC1qn87H0Sjxcu8NVpr4L42TcyJ0UKLKGW6UX39A2D). Thanks for Redka correspondence

Well,

I'll repeat the suggestion once more: Go to your e-wallet find anything called similar to "past transactions" or "outgoing payments" try to find the list of the transactions you send to casinos, then check Grande Vegas casino's wallet ID to find out whether you successfully deposited in the past.

It's crucial to ensure your deposit made it to the casino - meaning the money was successfully transferred not only from your wallet but also hit the recipient's wallet.

Not every payment transactions are instant, sometimes the transaction is rejected by the payment provider, and the sum isn't deducted. When this happens casino isn't alerted immediately, thus you may find yourself playing with borrowed money instead of your own.

Based on the casino's response to you, I'd say my explanation is very likely.

To avoid further doubts, check your payment history first.

Hello!

I believe the casino should unlock your account once the money arrives, it should also allow you to withdraw.

Anyway, let me know what happened to your casino account, please. I'd love to hear all issues are solved, you know. 🙂

Thank you 🙏

Sorry for the late reply.

The account has been unlocked for the time being.

I looked it up, but there was a record of deposits in Grandevegas on the day, but there was no record of deposits at other casinos.

Maybe it was my mistake.

Trust Wallet only has one remittance log per day.

I don't know where the address is anymore、、、

No problem at all! 🙂

It seems the casino was right this time, you just only had no idea the deposit didn't make it through.

It happens. Now you know checking your wallet after each depoasit might save you some troubles 🙂, right?

Sadly, I have never used this Trust Wallet, so I can't advise further, but I'd like to believe there must be some sort of support available. If you ever struggle again, the wallet support may also help, although don't ever hesitate asking us here! 🙏🙌

They will not refund me after requesting my account be closed?

I have no clue - will they?

I would transfer my account balance and then ask for the account closure, for instance. If the situation is more urgent, the casino should allow you to withdraw the balance immediately or soon after - basically without unnecessary delay.

But why would the casino refund you? A refund means giving you back the money you've deposited.

Care to explain further, perhaps?

Why do you think the casino should refund your deposit? I find it hard to follow the point, and I could certainly use some help with that.

Becouse i didn't even play and if the casino is tgat broke that 19$ is a big deal to them they shouldn't be in business

Thats pretty sad charity case.

Well, the casino is not a bank. Players deposit in order to play. 🙂

Withdrawing a deposit without playing is not a refund and it means certain fees for the casino which pays for the transaction. Hence you need to wager the deposit at least one time before the withdrawal is allowed.

Have you read the terms and conditions, please?
