Horrible. Obtuse and uninformative language from customer service. They take full blown lifetimes to perform each step of each process and drag their feet purposely to extend every single interaction to the longest possible time frames. Zero help from CS and they will not allow you to speak with any superior aand you cant speak with the verification department . Crypto, yes the instant and awesome payment method, is twisted into a drawn out miserable and pathetic process taking 3-5 weekdays and not including the day you initiate. verification which should take 30 - 60 seconds takes 5 weekdays and they will ask you to resubmit documents, which resets the clock, and you cannot speak with the department handling it to help satisfy their fabricated and insincere "issues".

I've been registered there for about 1 month, deposited a total of about 200 USD, thanks to the great bonuses I always used and lost about 6-700 USD. Then finally got lucky, deposited USD 25 with 500% and wagered it with Wager 30 (approx. 3500), had good timing in a slot and requested a withdrawal amount of almost USD 900. Was very afraid that you would not pay out but today (after additional verification) it was in the ezeewallet - top. The only thing that bothers me is the foolishness, you can only use 1 free bonus after 1 deposit, but their system allows 3, which then results in more than 1 canceling the winnings. First let me just say I actually LOVE this casino. They have one of THE BEST bonus code systems and FREE give outs once you do make a deposit. The chat service is quick which is great!

This is through my own experience. I decided to start playing in this casino recently and completely followed terms and conditions before each game. 3 rd month going in I won a good amount. In my mind , I would totally see it as too good to be true type deal. Would give it a negative if it was possible. They are crooks. Fraudsters. It is clearly a setup to collect money. No verification process to deposit. Stringent and in my case impossible verification process to withdraw $180 winning off of 25 free spins offered for being a depositor (more like chump donator sucker).

Support is clueless and at times does not even reposed to what is asked if it is outside of whatever scripted response is provided to them. Ended live chat when I asked for a supervisor.

I made $25 credit card deposit months ago. Lost my card and closed my credit card account. Since that time I have made at least 10 crypto deposits in amount of few hundred dollars. Got lucky and got up to $380 and I pressed and lost bringing me to $280 - the terms of bonus clearly states there is a max $180 withdraw limit.
