Hello,
do you have any more recent experiences with the Grande Vegas, please? 🙂
Hello sting454.
So let's hope that everything will be in order.
What makes you reopen your account I wonder?
yeah, they no matter what i send them in what form, will not verify me so i can never withdrawal.crooks just like casino extreme and yabby!
my pa state id (scanned and photographed).my cell phone bill and several of times selfie holding my id next to face. Also they wanted a pencil rubbed picture of my credit card ,which is a new one to me. not just once several times.the said they couldnt read them.so i scanned them ,still no.ill show the pics if you want.
If those documents are not of good quality then I'd not blame the casino for any delay tactics. Share what you can, but please do not expose any personal data, if possible.
If you think this is not the case, I would advise submitting a complaint and we will try to help:

Yeah I had a casino which wanted a pencil rubbed traced debit card I said they were having a laugh and I wasn’t going to do it. In the end I sent what most casinos ask for a photo of my debit card with the middle 6 numbers blanked out and the back with the CVV missing which they accepted. Plus all that selfie business with ID it’s security KYC gone mad.
If there is no way to solve this issue with the casino, you may try to submit the complaint, as I previously suggested so we can try to clarify this issue with the casino.
Will you do that?
Hello,
that's why we use the timer, to let you know that we're still working on that:
It's always a little more time-consuming with the bugs and glitches though.
So what happens when the timer runs out with no resolution. OK I lose my winnings.. but does the casino keep its good reputation status.
That bug and glitch was just an excuse not to pay me. I received payments from other previous withdrawals using that free coupon during a pending withdrawal and got paid
This is not new to them. Another casino that doesn't want to pay.
I deposited over $1500 in May alone. Dumb right!!!...and they refuse to honor my winnings of $1083.00. They aren't to smart..do the math. They will lose me a very loyal player. if I don't get paid.
also look at the recent winners on the home page. There are many over $30,000 . Possible trouble paying everyone or is it B.S.
Dear Jay,
with all the possible respect, think about the complaint from our perspective for a while:
If the casino stated that the problem is caused by breaching a specific rule, you opposed that it's caused by a technical glitch. We had to investigate both statements. Starting by getting in touch with the casino and waiting for any prooves, debates on any irregularities. It's not so smooth each day and requires time.
After the timer runs out, Nikolas will update you further or will provide some conclusion.
I do not know the details since I'm not part of the Complaint Team.
Anyway, are you so sure that all those winners are real players - just a question out of curiosity. 🤔
