Hello, I would like to ask about frumzi casino. On 13/03/2024, I requested my first withdrawal of the amount I won and with the specified payment method I should have already had the money in my account.
I have already written three times to customer service and they repeatedly write to me that I am in the queue at the financial department.
I still have a pending withdrawal on my game account but still nothing happens. I wouldn't like to lose my winnings, which has probably already happened.
My account is fully verified. Can you give me some advice or at least somehow comfort me that I'm not the only one who feels this way..
Dobrý den, chtěla bych se zeptat ohledně frumzi casina. Dne 13.3.2024 jsem si zažádala o svůj první výběr částky kterou jsem vyhrála a s uvedenou platební metodou už jsem měla mít peníze na učtě.
Psala jsem už třikrát na zákaznický servis a píšou mi opakovaně že jsem ve frontě na finančním oddělení.
Na herním účtu mám stále čekající výběr ale stále se nic neděje. Nerada bych o své vyhrané peníze přišla, což se asi už stalo.
Účet mám plné ověřený. Můžete mi nějak poradit nebo aspoň nějak utěšit že nejsem jediná kdo to takhle má ..

Já se obávám, že málokdo mimo zaměstnance kasina dokáže popohnat frontu na finančním oddělení.
Je skvělé, že účet již byl plně ověřen a tak můžeme tuto starost vynechat.
Jak je možno se dočíst v tomto threadu, tak vše nasvědčuje tomu, že kasíno je prostě ve skluzu a ta fronta se též vztahuje na ostatní hráče.
Chápu, že je to velmi nepříjmené, nicméně je prostě potřeba vyčkat. Pokud se i nadále, řekněme v horizontu příštího týdne nebude nic dít, dá se zvážit stížnost. Ovšem upřímně, ani ta neurychlý proces.
Můžeme maximálně posoudit, zda jsou překážky na straně kasina odůvodnitelné a zda se opravdu snaží všechny hráče postupně vyplatit.
Chápu,že to nezní moc povzbudivě, ale za měje to prostě otázka času.
Budeme tu netrpělivě čekat na dobrou zprávu nebo jakýkoliv posun směrem k vyplacení.

Is this your first withdrawal request, and is your account verified at this casino? When exactly have you asked for it, if I may ask?
We usually give casinos 14 full days to proceed with the payment, it may take this long, especially if it is the first withdrawal and the casino needs to go through all the documents.
