The CEO of MGA has testified in the same manner as previously and submitted a legal opinion of MGA. There was also virtual testimony from Mr. Thomas Forstner from the OVWG. The judge indicated that he attaches only limited importance to Mr Forstner's testimony as the case at issue concerns Maltese public policy and not the Austrian legal framework.
