I'll explain it again .. I registered at (www.pokeranwalt.at) .. then filled out a form, sent ID and after 2 weeks I got the message how much I'd lost, so I picked up the money on Wednesday a week later . Without court !

I already have a litigation funder. Their lawyer is currently dealing with Interwetten. We wanted a settlement without a court. Interwetten did not respond to this. Hence the court case that ended in my favour. However, the lawyer says he has several cases with Interwetten going on and despite the verdict they are not paying anything. And that there will probably be an execution in Austria or Malta. What percentage did you get from your losses from Interwetten? In a comparison without a trial, that would have to have been over 80%. What percentage of that did the poker attorney take? (Interwetten now has 14 days after the verdict for me to decide whether they will let you know about numbers, professions or nothing at all - I'm curious.) If they pay, my litigation financier gets 36% of the sum.

What you described here sounds very odd so far. Nobody's going to send you thousands of EUR within a week only based on the fact you tell them how much you lost (if you can even remember it) and based on your ID. That's not how the real world works.

You don't live in Austria, you don't know the laws in Austria .. a request was made to the gambling operator how much I lost there .. after that I received my money AND I signed a form that I received my money. The laws are very similar in many other countries. There are still casinos that accept players from those countries and they don't refund the deposits only because an organization similar to pokeranwalt tells them to do so.

I've heard about organizations that are in Germany and they can indeed help players to get money back from certain casinos, but are only a few casinos compared to how many you have in the world and those casinos are only licensed in Malta. I doubt that anyone will managed to get refunds from unlicensed casinos, Curacao licensed casinos, Costa Rica licensed casinos etc. only because some organization from Austria will contact them.

I think they can because the people behind those company are from Europe and risk personnal legal action for their violation.

A lot of people with Curaçao licenced got in court in Europe, and got sentenced.

If a lawyer can managed to get all data about the people (like from Cyprus administration) you can sue them in Europe, and get money back but also compensation, and have them checked by their country administration for fiscal fraud

I can totally sign what you just wrote. I just don't think this is something that is resolved within a week as someone suggested here above.

Hello...I have the same problem with Pokerstars as many here. I sued and won. I've been waiting for my money for more than a year and a half. For me it's not as much GsD as for some others here...7000 euros....why don't they just pay??? They still accept executions. I don't understand at all. Supposedly it should be done by April 2023... As an European you have the right of the respect of the executions. Poker Star has a licence for France, so ask you lawyer to contact the ANJ (player protection of France), and to submit that Poker star are not respecting the execution and not paying, I'm sure it will help because France are very strict with licence holder
