They all play for time and I really don't know why. The funds from them are constantly being pushed back and forth. After all, they are all very strong advertising media (interwetten Ski Alpin, Pokerstars Formula 1, etc.)

What I don't understand is why they are delaying it, after all it's only getting more expensive for them with the court costs.. Maybe they want to deter others from demanding their money back by not paying, or they're trying to find a way out.

Of course they play for time. But I think they're trying to find a loophole to get around the lawsuit. But as you say, there are always more court costs ... but that doesn't itch a million/billion company like PS

had my 2 negotiations in Austria and won both times, now in Malta it's about the Pokerstars not paying and the negotiation is about the execution at Pokerstars and that has already been postponed 2 times

My lawyer seized the pokerstars bank account after the execution was filed in Malta, the bank actually only has 30 days to transfer the money to the court, but they are happy to take a little longer. If the money is with the court, it is then reserved for you and should be released for withdrawal at the next hearing, including 4% interest. I hope to get my money in the fall. If the financial crisis continues like this, I won't be able to buy anything anymore...

According to my lawyer, it's the same for me. But I think that this can and will be delayed for a very, very long time!

As already mentioned, I have my fourth hearing in May. The money has now been secured in court for 1.5 years!

Be prepared for a very long time (2-3 years)
