Hey guys, I've looked into the thread a bit and it seems that the same thing is possible legally in Switzerland. Has anyone from Switzerland had any success in this regard? I've contacted a law firm that has apparently been able to successfully negotiate settlements between the operators and the players.
I have big losses with the big players in the crypto area..
Would be grateful for any answer
Check out the latest videos from Malta on the podcast. Suddenly they're talking about Bill 55 and the representatives explain themselves in the videos. This is one video of it, but several of them have been uploaded to the channel in the last 2 weeks. Maybe they're really feeling the pressure now
Unfortunately I am completely blind in English 🙂 Could you please briefly explain what is being discussed? That would be very nice. Regards
Yes, it's difficult to write the whole podcast in there, but I just think to myself, suddenly it's coming from them.
Regarding Bill 55, the interviewer asks if he is optimistic and you can see that the lawyer has no other choice, he says so himself and also on the question of whether Bill 55 will hold internationally, he gives no answer because it has only worked nationally so far haha
so they are now apparently deliberately going public
Ok thanks, I'm really curious to see what the EU decision will be and especially when!
It's all just a matter of time. The big players, like Jokerstars mrgrün, can no longer get by...
What exactly was interesting? I watched for 22 minutes and saw nothing but cold coffee
Well, fast forward then... I think it's interesting if the PF and the GMA have their say or not?
Hello, does anyone here have experience with debt collection regarding claims against casino providers?
I have a claim in the mid-five-figure range against lottoland (lottoland ltd. based in Malta). I already have a legally binding judgment and, due to lottoland's unwillingness to pay, I have already initiated an execution in Austria; this was unsuccessful because there was no realizable assets to date.
An execution in the sense of an ordination (seizure of the website or domain "lottoland.at") is also being considered - see the example of another provider, Mr. Green.
Are there (factoring) companies that will purchase such a claim?
Please let me know if anyone has any experience with this.
Thank you very much, your Bronko
Hello, yes but lottoland, pokerstars, mrgreen won't buy from you because they refuse to pay.
I also have a legally binding judgment against Lottoland and MrGreen and asked all PKF whether they would buy it, but to no avail.
Good Morning!
I don't know what's wrong with you. You've gambled away the money and have judgments that will certainly be enforced. Why are you all driving yourselves crazy now? You shouldn't normally count on the money because it's lost at the moment. The ECJ will 105% classify Bill 55 as being contrary to EU law. The big players can't get away with it anymore. Fortunately, the EU is still a constitutional state, with its faults of course, but the wheels grind, albeit slowly. But that's just how it is in a constitutional state. You can't count on the money until it's in black and white in your accounts. Otherwise you'll just ruin yourselves and that's not worth all the money in the world. You have to trust in the constitutional state.
PS I was one of the first in Germany to conduct a trial in 2020, with CLLB and Mr. Cocron.
