I've been a reader for a while and just a little bit about myself:

After years of online poker (approx. €500 deposit) I started playing slots on the side last year and that was the beginning of the end....I then got into a spiral....debts, etc. and at the moment it's me fighting back out and on a very good path. But it's hard and difficult. However, there was a click in my brain some time ago and since then I see many things differently and above all the urge to gamble is gone.

Now to the link: If I interpret everything I read there correctly (with the help of Google Translate) these are not execution proceedings but rather the following:

The MGA and the corresponding ministry have made requests not to recognize the judgments of the national courts (Germany, Austria and Italy) and they want to be involved in the proceedings. It is understandable that the ministry and the MGA want to get involved in ongoing processes, but they have lost nothing and have therefore rejected the application for participation in the process.

Unfortunately, it is not clear whether the judgments of other national courts are recognized or not.

I can well imagine that it would be very helpful for some to get at least part of the coal back, but especially for Austrians things are still looking rather bad with the usual suspects.

What makes you think that things would look bad, especially in Austria? Please leave such statements that are more likely to be based on a feeling of yours than on real experiences. Especially in Austria you get your money. There is a very clear case law here and the vast majority of casinos also pay.

There are only a few exceptions who vehemently resist this and these are primarily Mr. Green and Pokerstars.

If the execution order is positive, the executor goes on site, takes furniture and other valuables (e.g. PCs) and auctions them off...you can wait forever until even one order is covered.

Unfortunately, as long as the Austrian government does not exert any pressure to bring about a solution, things look sad. And she's in a quandary...compare the intended official liability proceedings against the Republic.
