but I had ongoing bets open...one of them was one game short, only that would be 1350

and when I implemented the bonus, all tickets were canceled immediately

I wrote to the casino and they always said you had fulfilled the bonus, so everything was automatically canceled...even though I could easily win 3-4000 with my current bets
