May I know what strange documents were requested, please?
Documents are mostly standard, it's just obvious that they are taking time.
First, they asked for a standard set: a passport, a utility bill, a screenshot of a Skrill profile. Each time they were not satisfied with the utility bill, I sent them a statement from one bank, they were not satisfied, then from a second bank, they were not satisfied, and then from a third bank, and in the end they accepted it.
Then they asked for a selfie with a passport, I sent it to them. Then they asked for a screenshot of how the skrill was replenished - I sent it to them, but they did not accept it, I had to send many different screenshots and then they accepted it. Then they asked for a screenshot of Skrill transactions from April 11 - I sent them.
An attempt to pass verification has been dragging on since April 13, and this despite the fact that if they request a new document, then on the same day I send it to them.
For some reason, I have several different chains of correspondence with them, as if every time I communicate with different people who demand the same thing every time (although this has already been sent to them before)
Let them write the entire list of documents that they need so that I can immediately send them to them.
And judging by the reviews - in their network this is in the order of things, almost all complaints about them are of a similar plan.

I think I understand now. Put simply different people want the same documents and I can also imagine that even different people validate all those documents. Well it does not sounds much professional, but I still think that this is most likely just bad organization than a delay tactic.
It's a fresh casino so they can simply lack the routine just now.
