You have no evidence of anything. Everything was according to the rules. If you allow repeat bets, I did it. The stakes for many bets are several or a dozen Euros. If I wanted to bet 100 or 200 euros, I had to repeat the bets. I played for you for a few days. Why did the problem occur when I requested a withdrawal? Why didn't you intervene earlier? I wanted to withdraw the money and it turned out that it bothered you because you know it would be better if I lost it. This is the only reason for your money to be stolen and your account closed

Casinocristal also uses a cooldown time after which you can play the same bet again. For live bets it is several seconds. I used it because the casino allowed it.

Did you exclusively repeated bets on the same selection, never covered bets (backing all outcomes)?

This is how I sometimes hedged, but with a different bet. For example, in basketball I played for the winner of the match, including overtime, but sometimes I also played for a draw when the match was close.

However, it has never happened to me that I would play the winner of one match, including overtime for both teams, in order to secure the bet. There is no need to do this because the casino offers cashout functions

Dear SunsetGaze,

If you think that is excessive to bann a customer (and forfeited only winnings) who is arbing and using an AI software in order to place 5-10 bets per minute and doing this non stop - then yes, you should look for another bookie.

We repeat, he had not such limitation as you can see in the following screen:

file

And he was doing this non stop, in a lot of events with precisely calculated stakes as you can see in all the screenshots we provided.

@Why didn't you intervene earlier? - because it took us a few days to monitor you.

And yes, there is evidence of covered bets.

It's a lie. I didn't use any software. Everything was approved manually. It was quick because I didn't have to enter stakes, just click max stake because there were low stake limits on the account. Hence the rates and not others. I repeat, I did not use any software, I did not enter stakes, I just clicked the maximum stake for a given bet.

Repeating the bet takes several seconds. I don't know what the problem is. Since the casino allows it, that's what I did

Entered manually, calculated by a third party software.

Show me in these screenshots what the software supposedly calculated? Because I don't see anything suspicious on them. You've figured something out and you're going to stick to it. I'm done talking to you because you are cheaters and thieves. I warn others against playing in your casino

Dear Azael,

As we paid back your deposit, you are free to use the same tactic and software in other sites, and let's see when you will complain again just because you are angry and because you didn't manage to monetize your fraudulent activity.

My two deposits, from what I remember, were about a thousand euros. You refunded me 595 euros.

I have been playing for over 20 years in many casinos using the same tactics and you are the 2nd casino that accused me of fraud. However, the other casino admitted its mistake and paid me all the money after a few months.

The conclusion is that it's not me but you who are frauds. And there are more and more such scam casinos. Your only goal is to rob your customers.

I believe it's excessive to ban a user that repeats bets but I said it's understandable if an user is banned for systematically covering bets within the site, because essentially there would be no risk at all, but even doing this is mathematically impossible because if you calculate the house edge on any given market within a bookie, you will most likely come up with a 15-20% house edge (which is the average on any bookie), which would mean for every 100 bucks wagered the user will have a guaranteed 15-20 bucks loss in each event, so doing such a thing doesn't make any sense, backing side 1 with odds of 1.85 and side 2 with also odds of 1.85 is basically free money for the bookie. If the case is the user placed a back for side 1 and then waited for odds swing to back side 2 constantly and systematically to lock in a profit (which normally is more money than using a regular cashout) then I would understand the ban, because in most bookies even using the cashout function repeatedly causes bans.

Anyways, any operator can decide who they accept bets from and who they want as an user, no bookie wants a pro, it's understandable. User claims he was stake restricted and you say he wasn't and there is no way to prove any of the two, I would say both should communicate through the complaint section where the operator is able to share evidence with the complaint specialist and find out who is wrong.

They claim only the very last deposit is refunded, if you had an amount over the deposit amount you take the loss, this is why on any bookie or casino you should only have the balance you require and not accumulate deposits, normally this doesn't end well, always keep your bank split and somewhere safe, a bookie or casino is not safe

Forgot to mention you can file a complaint, you and the site will have the chance to prove accusations, but since this is a sports related issues guru can't attend such a complaint, if I'm not wrong AskGamblers do attend sports complaints

Dear Azael,

Till now you provided a lot of false information and you continue to provide it.

You have deposited 100€ which you lost placing regular bets (maybe you were testing something) and after that you deposited 700€ which you used to place that fraudulent bets and which we paid back to you - (minus) 15% administrative costs, which apply only in case of account closure for fraudulent activity.

You are the fake ones. I'm done with you here. Now I will be doing anti-advertising on social media and on my YouTube channel. Let everyone judge your false actions for themselves. Goodbye

Sure, because there will be only your opinion.
