I was asked for full verification with a notarized passport, tax returns and so on, i think that everyone who has faced know the whole list of documents, i sent them all on November 3. Since then there is no answer on verification, withdrawal of funds is not processed since October 29, they do not answer anywhere except on forums, in live chat they refer to the financial department and that's it:).
