I understand that you are sad about the whole situation, but I saw that you have an open complaint and we are waiting for the casino's response. If they didn't try to resolve your situation, then the safety index and its reduction would be addressed.
But hopefully that won't have to happen and you will get your money. Anyway, for now we have to wait and see if we hear from them or not, I saw that the timer is not long now.
