I wanted to comment on paysafe verification.
I was also asked very kindly, I must say, to upload the transaction with my name and personal data on one page as a PDF.
After much back and forth I figured out how to do it.
Maybe the tip will help one or the other.

Hello, I have a problem with the casino. This casino won't accept my proof of deposit because it doesn't have my first and last name on it. For this reason I cannot pay out. But they have a confirmation from my bank, which confirms that this bank account belongs to me. Anyone know what to do in this case? My bank only issues the bank statements every month, my first and last name would be there, but I don't get that until the end of the month. And on the sales details of the savings bank (which proves the deposit) is just my Iban .. they blocked me in the chat, which means I have no chance to talk to anyone. They got proof of the deposit, my Iban is there.. and the confirmation letter from the bank confirms that the account with the Iban belongs to me π€¦π»ββοΈ

Meine Bank stellt die KontoauszΓΌge nur jeden Monat aus, dort wΓΌrde mein vor und Nachname stehen, aber das bekomme ich erst Ende des Monats. Und auf den Umsatzdetails der Sparkasse ( was die Einzahlung beweist) steht nunmal nur meine Iban .. im Chat haben sie mich blockiert das heiΓt ich habe keine Chance mit jemanden zu reden. Die haben doch den Nachweis der Einzahlung bekommen, dort steht meine Iban..und auf der BestΓ€tigung Schreibens der Bank wird bestΓ€tigt das das Konto, mit der Iban, mir gehΓΆrt π€¦π»ββοΈ

I would call your bank and ask for a special statement, many players were in the same situation, and I know for certain that they got it in the middle of the month. It just needed an appointment with the bank clerk.
