Hi, today it's still the same, the €20 isn't back at my bank, let alone at the casino, my money is gone, so I'm going to ask the casino to close my account because of course I don't want to deposit anything there anymore, let alone play.

What about waiting a little longer? Speaking from my experience, this kind of issue could take a bit longer to get solved sometimes. But I reckon it is worth waiting, you've got nothing more to lose. What do you say?
