Made my withdrawal request 4 days ago for $3801 CAD. I’ve received zero communications from their payments team, despite contacting their LiveChat twice a day since. LiveChat gives a copy/pasted response every time. Due to volume they will process your withdrawal in the order it was received. It’s a first come first saved basis…blah blah blah.. I’m being blown off and I’m not happy.
My account was verified months ago. These stall tactics have me worried they don’t have the funds to pay out.
UPDATE: To Beem Casino. Your casino’s decision to confiscate $3251 CAD, leaving me with only $550 has left me feeling devastated. I find your response quite offensive. Beem casino knew from the outset my winnings were going to be confiscated…so why prolong the torture to your customers by making them wait? That’s just cruel!!!
Your ridiculous bonus terms restrict winnings to only 10x the deposit amount. 10 x $45 is a limit of $450.00. The $50 chip is limited to winnings of 2X. We both know people would never knowingly agree to this restriction and would refuse the promotion or just go play somewhere else. These restrictions are beyond ridiculous compared to industry standard.
The email promotion I accepted had the terms included with it and this restriction was not "directly" disclosed in those terms. Instead an obscure link was provided. This is shady and is designed to dupe unsuspecting players. This deserves further investigation by licensing authorities.
Finally, I’m appalled to receive better and expedient communication from your casino on this forum than I did on your casino website. Ridiculous!!!
