Horrible service, it’s now been more than a week since my withdrawal was approved and the processing began. I had requested it on 559 am last Thursday morning. Today it’s now 448 pm on Thursday 8/27 and my withdrawal still hasn’t been processed by the casino! I was told it would be processed between 3-5 business days! I was told by a representative with the casino that yesterday was the fifth business day. So today is the 6th business day, but my withdrawal still shows that the casino hasn’t processed the transaction yet!

I've only been playing at Stake for about a week and I've already had enough problems. My first deposit was around $14. I started with small bets just to see how the slots played. My balance dropped at first but after a few decent hits I got it up to around $48. At that point I thought I found a place I could play regularly. Turns out that was my only good deposit. I deposited a few more times after that and it was completely different. Even on small bets the slots just ate through my balance. I barely saw any decent wins. Most of them were tiny. The bonuses aren't great either. Most of the offers I've seen have around x30 wagering so I usually skip them. Card deposits have been another headache. I mostly deposit by card and sometimes wait around 8 hours for the money to show up. A few times it even took a couple of days. Withdrawals were worse. They asked me to verify my account twice. I did it both times. After that they told me I had to wager my balance before I could withdraw. I didn't see that requirement anywhere before. Support wasn't much help. Most replies looked like copy-pasted answers and sometimes they just sent me the same thing again.

I think in the 3 or so years i've played on this site I've been able to cash out 2 or 3 times for a grand total of maybe $250 and the amount I put in FAR exceeds that. However that's not the point, I played, I lost. What the point IS this site is very devious and doesn't explain things such as ASIA FORTUNE this is their probably unwinnable jackpot mode that will charge you an extra 20 cents per spin apparently even when saying opt out... that is until you find the hidden opt out button in sidebar under jackpots. I am adding up my concern too about this High5 Casino. Recently i played portoso live dealer roulette where i placed bets on columns that had got losses, tried to increase my bets accordingly so as to recoup my losses and when finally a win landed with a 25 dollar chip guess what happened they never credited it's win which was a $50 payout and also in the gaming history it never showed up but instead on that bet they just returned it as if i was playing blackjack that returned a push! Positive qualities – In relatively rare cases, we also add points for some positive qualities, for example for having an established network of brick-and-mortar venues or going above and beyond in terms of resolving player complaints.

As you can see, these two effects generally work in opposite directions, so they may cancel out for some casinos, but they can affect the User feedback score of some, too.
