I Am checking casino guru for casinos with a higher rating ..this rocket casino was rated at 8.2 and looks to me that its a pure daylight robbery ,a pure scam . this just based on my experience so fart , i know that will never see my money ,frustrating a bit but what to do .
so my question would be ,how did casino guru give them 8.2??

Anyway, as you can see, the casino doesn't have a single unresolved complaint. Of course, unresolved complaints would influence their rating negatively. There really isn't anything that we should consider as bad and unfair.

This is exactly the point since many players only come here to submit the user review, not the complaint in the first place, there is nothing we can do about that.
I'm glad you submitted the complaint for a change, though I'd like to point out that the rating is not only about the complaints. Have you checked the "reputation explained" tab?
It reminds me the casino seems to restrict players from Hungary, so may I know under which country did you register, please?
We would also appreciate the relevant communication as mentioned in the complaint.

I registered from Hungary, accepted my payments ,and lied about cash outs , they never mentioned that they cant pay me out since registered from Hungary.
first time i see that .
however they accepted my money and never told me after claiming my wining's that the issue was that i played with a registration from Hungary,
they said that the transfer was done and i should ask my bank , after i requested a proof of transfer to show my bank something they dint reply to that request.
so in short take my money ,i play ,i win they don't pay .how do you call that? stealing right?? so the site is a scam in do you agree?
Looking at other peoples review and seeing the same i wonder based on these info where do you fish your info to give these tricksters 8.2??
I understand you're mad about that. If the situation was as described the casino should treat you like any other allowed player.
The fair approach is simple, once the players are able to register using true personal details, deposit, and play, then the players should also get all winnings gained in compliance with the rules.
Just to say, the complaint is open, we do not know the whole story, so there is no reason to lower the rating. Only when the casino acts unfairly and the complaint is closed as unresolved, then it gets black points.

you know the all story , its simple: opened casino guru to check rating for this casino that was advertise in Hungary .rating was good so went on and registered ,lost some then won and cashed out or tried 3 time 1- 500 euro 2- 200 euro 3-1000 euro and never saw a penny arrive on my account.
after asking them they said it has been send and should ask my bank ,without any transfer reference ..
after asked them for a proof of transfer total silence .
So how do you call that??what do you need to rate casino sites ?

Was told by customer service they don't know when it will arrive after I provided proof of deposit.
Customer service very unhelpful.
God knows if my deposit ever does clear how hard it will be to withdraw.

Hi, have you tried the payment provider to see if they know about this problem ? It may not be the casino's fault if the money has not been credited to your account and the casino may have their hands tied in this case. How long has your situation been going on ? It will probably be important to be patient and wait or inform yourself.

Its been going on 3 weeks now, I still haven't received my money I haven't even received as much as an email with an update about it even though they're continuously telling me they will email me with any updates.
Today one of the idiots (there are many) from live chat told me they never received it without any additional information.
Its a seriously unprofessional casino bordering on criminal.
This casino went so far as to report my review on Trust Pilot to get it removed. I imagine they report similar genuine reviews in order to make themselves look better.
Seriously dishonest and shady casino, how they got such a good review from thios website is completely beyond me.

However, I can still recommend you to file a complaint here if you think the problem is on the casino's side, but I know from some cases that this kind of thing can take a bit longer to resolve and if it is not the casino's fault then it is even more complicated.
Anyway, as far as communication is concerned, the operator said that they didn't get any email from you ?
