I deposited €400 and it wasn’t credited to my casino rocket account. Their investigation was flawed and concluded the money was a failed deposit on their end but I am down €400!! Which was taken and not deposited to my account. I provided proof of the deposits being successful from my bank account. Absolute scam of a casino I will be taking legal action against.

They stall withdrawals - this was never an issue until recently - I have been using this casino for over a year now and have always had a great experience - now they withhold your winnings for 5 days before releasing the funds - they use terms like "it is now with the payment provider" but can’t provide a name "your funds should appear soon" but nothing then they will say "we have approved it is now waiting for approval from your bank - what?

A horrible experience. You need to stop gloryfying this online scammers! All is great when you're depositing your money a loosing it. Problems start when you win and wish to withdraw. They'll do everything they can to prevent this. From obstacles when verifying your documents, to refusing to accept the payment method. On top of it, if you somehow miraculously manage to withdraw, you'll be able to get max. €4000 (a month I guess). They are small potatoe scammers and that's what they aim for: small players who won't have the will to fight them. Don't give them your money, you won't stand a chance against those scums.

I successfully registered at CasinoRocket on 7 March 2023. I also verified my account via e-mail. I successfully deposited 480 euros and finally won 1000 euros without a bonus. I then requested a payout of my balance in the amount of 1000 euros. I received a confirmation email. I then uploaded my passport, proof of address, bank statements, and the screenshot of the Paysafecard transaction in the requested format. On 8 March 2023 at 01.00 at night, I received a message that I had won a prize. I went to the casino's website to see what prize I had won. That's when I noticed that my account was blocked. I then sent four messages via email to support in the next 24 hours because I wanted to know why my account was blocked and if and when I would receive my 1000 EUro. The casino ignores my messages.

I think the casino's rating is too high for the following reasons:

- The casino advertises a 24/7 - live chat that does not exist.

- The casino does not respond to emails. This is particularly serious because you can only request a self-exclusion or a cool-off period via email to the support. Player protection is therefore not guaranteed at all if the casino ignores for days a request from a player who wants to have his account blocked because of gambling addiction.

- The account remains active as long as deposits are made. Shortly after a win, the account is blocked and communication with the player is cut off.

I demand an explanation from the casino:

- an explanation as to why my account was closed

- an explanation and apology why my messages went unanswered for so long. ¨

- the assurance that I will receive my 1000 EURO as soon as possible and without complications (no excuse that a bank supposedly still has to confirm something).

- the notification of how much my won prize was, which I could not see because my account was blocked.

I also demand an authentic apology and not a copy-paste message like "Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience! We'd like to investigate this case and get back to you with the best solution".

Opened an account, made deposits & got the bonuses. Found out I can’t make withdrawals until wagering the amount given in bonuses & that my money was "locked by bonuses". I canceled all bonuses & forfeited the bonus amounts so I could just withdraw my original amount deposited but it keeps getting rejected saying I have to wager the amount that I forfeited. I’ve contacted chat but they refuse to do anything about it. My only recourse is getting my bank to reverse the deposits so I can get my money back.

CASINO ROCKET STALLS PAYOUT FOR MORE THAN 5 DAYS.

Did my 1st deposit and managed to cash out 800 EUR via bank transfer (service provider: INPAY).
Cashout no. #730643

The withdrawal is in the status "PENDING" for more than 120 hours (5 full days!) now.
It's the same as in the review below mine from my fellow German. Casino Rocket falsely tells me that the payment has to be approved by MY (!) bank. Everyone who knows just a little bit about banking can tell you that this is a ridiculous statement used to stall payouts, even tiny ones of 800 EUR. Tells you a lot about this establishment.

I played at dozens of (Hollycorn N.V. / Dama N.V.) Casinos who also use INPAY as their payment provider. Payouts are always credited to my bank account within a couple of hours (!) during bank working days.

Casino Rocket stalls payouts for days and lies to you. AVOID THIS CASINO AT ALL COST. They are not the same standard as the other very good Hollycorn N.V. casinos.

  • Withdrawals take too long
  • Stall withdrawal for more than 5 days

Have had 2 open withdrawals for several days now that have not been confirmed. According to multiple contacts with support, my bank also has to confirm this, which is a false statement (already contacted the bank, nothing needs to be confirmed). If the payouts are not confirmed as soon as possible, I will contact the license commission.

I had been so happy with this establishment I even referred many of my loyal followers who depend on my advice for whst websites to use I really was high on this company the first time I made a small withdrawal it was paid the next day since then I have never had the chance to withdraw until just the other day I tried to eithdraw to $400 and it was cancelled on their end stating I had to jump through so many different hoops requested all kinds of verification documents these documents were unavailable to be provided due to myself closing One of my bank accounts not using another one of the credit cards not having certain information on others the information I did have I was happy to provide I wrote to them 3 to 4 different times they never responded not once I tried to re-re-withdraw my funds it was cancelled again I finally started playing high thinking that if I win considerable amount then It would be worthwhile to spend all of this additional time and effort to get the required information although some of it was simply not possible they never reply to me I wanted to contact my local member of Parliament however I am going to contact the gaming commission of Curaçao they are to be made aware of practises whereas they allow you to lose any amount you wish however the moment you request a withdrawal the second time they denied that being because the first one was approved without any troubles that made me give them a favourable review to all of my affiliates who I refer their very unsavoury business tactics especially for them not to get back to me overall I got beat for a withdrawal $500 that they did not allow I am going to delete my account and refuse to use them again due to nobody caring about my situation none of the team support members got back to me and they simply didn’t care this way I felt I also have advised all of my affiliates to no longer associate myself with that establishment in a good frame of reference

Today I made my first deposit with "immediately", five hours later no credit on the casino account. If I deposit, I want to play too. That's why it's better not to play at this casino. Who knows if the money will still be credited.
Update: It is now March 6th and my February 23rd deposit has still not been credited. How long will the payouts take here? Contacted support several times, uploaded proof of deposit... Nothing happens.
Addendum II: The money has now been credited after two weeks. Games run smoothly, doesn't seem like a bad casino. But I won't play here anymore, deposits with Sofort simply take too long, two weeks for me. Therefore only one star.

On 01/01/2022 I deposited € 20 via "Sofort". The money was immediately debited from my account, but after 4 days it was still not visible on my player account.
