Worst experience ever!still trying to get my winnings deposited into my account(4 weeks now)even after it was fully verified.I deposited with visa bank deposit,Bitcoin and neosurf and had to prove all those deposits and those accounts with lisences,bills,screen shots,photo of me holding my car lisence and more!! I still can’t get it deposited into my account using any of those methods!so angry I’m sure they have stolen my identity information😡

Unfortunately when the payment gets stuck this way, the only thing the support can do is contacting their payments department. Then the department usually contacts the payment provider and then they need to wait for their reply. That's why they don't have any news for you.

I don’t understand why so many players complain about this when it is very CLEARLY written in the T&C when you sign up and agree to them. The casino's payment team first checks your payout, if necessary, winnings are first reconfirmed by the provider for errors or fraud. If everything fits, the payout is sent to the casino's payment provider.

Your status now jumps to pending.

From this moment on, the casino itself has nothing more to do with your payout. When the process is complete, the payment provider sends a confirmation back to the casino and the status changes to completed.

Please note (the payment providers pay in sequence and usually with a daily limit, which means the more open payouts the longer it takes)

So you can see that bank transfers can take 1 - 5 working days depending on the workload.

if you want your money very fast, you should make crypto withdrawals.
