sadly these issues are usually a matter of a few days at least. Would be good to check your payment provider, just to make sure that the transaction was made and the recipient (the casino) got the money. I can imagine that it must be very unpleasant that you can't reach the casino, well, I would try to check the site for an email addresses or maybe ask via its social media profiles. 🤔

I guess that you have no clue why the account was closed because the casino is still ignoring you, right? Or have you received any email (maybe it is in your spam, trash, or promotion tab) concerning the account closure?

Every deposit you made impacted the account quickly
like in every casino, you win and you lose. One day I decided to close the account and I wrote to them
then i kept playing and depositing
I deposited 28 dollars in btc and it never hit me, so I made the claims and they never responded to me
then 2 weeks passed and they sent me an email telling me that they closed the account at my request
I am very angry because it never happened to me to feel so unprotected since they do not answer me. I feel that I am in front of a computer and a software that already knows my result and if something happens to me I have no one to support you on the other side
The 28 dollars is change for me. The issue here is the lack of communication that this casino has. I hope it is resolved and some representative of the casino appears giving a coherent explanation

Yeah, it is always very annoying, but the complaint is running, so at least we can try to step in.
Don't worry, if the complaint is closed as unresolved or against far gambling or in any other way that means that we do not support the casino's decision, there are consequences. Feel free to check this article.
