Well. It makes me laugh. I'm sorry, but this is really funny until you realize this may actually happen...

Lack of professionalism, maybe? I have no clue.

I know it sounds dumb, but still, did you try the suggested email? God, this is weird.

UPDATE

I tried withdrawing with BTC and it worked. I have my winnings. Will only use BTC from now on.

That's a good point; thanks for that.

Now that I'm thinking of it, aren't cryptocurrencies restricted in Canada? It's an honest question because I'm not familiar with all those differences between provinces. If this is a dumb question, please don't mind. 🙂

I emailed them a few times. They are not helping me at all. Now they declined my withdraw.

You know what?

I think that submitting the complaint won't hurt. At least the casino gets something to think about... If you like the idea, just use this link and follow a few easy steps.

Since it is completely free, I'd give it a shot.

They actually paid me. 🙂

Well, that's excellent news. I'm always very happy when I can write down a situation where a player got his winnings because it creates a more positive feeling. 🎉☘️😊

However, how long did it take to get your wins ? What method did you use to withdraw ?

It took a couple of days. I had to send my ID twice because they claimed my photo was too blurry.

I used my Atomic crypto wallet for the withdrawal. I just started using Litecoin opposed to Bitcoin as the fees are much lower.

So as long as it's only been a couple of days I think it's fine. I'm glad you managed to sort it all out successfully in the end.

As for the fees, how do they compare to Bitcoin ? 🙂

So far, the fees have been around $1.00 or less.

That's quite interesting, I'd say. Thumbs up for such valid information. 🐱‍🏍

Funny experience i had in the past, i had deposited 40$ and won 150$ when i wagered all the bonus and try to withdrawal they charged me 38$US dollars from my funds, they said that they policy its mandatory to charge the amount equivalent to the bonus awarded, regardless they were wagered or not. After i withdraw the difference there were the 38$ in the account and a few hours later that amount vanished from the account .

Weird huh?

Well from that i learned to not take bonus there and only play no more than 20$ from time to time.

So that's a pretty high fee and I wouldn't say it's that adequate to the withdrawal, that is, if you wanted to withdraw $150. I think you did the right thing if it's inconvenient for you and you stopped playing with bonuses here. But if a similar situation ever arises, be sure to let me know sooner.

Nevertheless, what method did you use to withdraw ?

I've written a review but thought I'd share my most recent experience with this casino here as well. So I received an email offer for 150% cashback on any loss deposit (see screenshot below) So I made a deposit, lost it and went to live chat to claim my cashback. The agent said I wasn't eligible and basically blamed the marketing department, claiming that they sent out promotional material to a lot of people who were not eligible. I said it doesn't matter, if I received an offer that was addressed to me, the casino needs to honour it, regardless whether it was a mistake, it's not my problem that they made an error, they need to honour it, otherwise it can be regarded as misleading advertising. Any reputatable company would do that. It's almost like offering a huge discount to entice customers to buy something and then at checkout after you've already made payment, they turn around and say, actually you're not eligible for the discount, we made a mistake, but we won't give you a refund. Tell me that's fair. I reiterated that the casino needs to honour their offer regardless, but the agent insisted that was not eligible and disconnected the chat session while I was still chatting to them. I've decided to stop playing here for good.

Hi, and I appreciate you sharing.

Regretfully, the Safety Index has no bearing on any of this, which is why it is always good to post and discuss such comments on the forum. It would be, in my opinion, both very clever and just plain kind to honor such an error.

However, I can also see other reasons why it would not have been appropriate to give the bonus to all of the players who were not qualified for the offer. I am curious about the extent of the marketing error.

In any case, no wonder you felt this way.

Fun fact: a few weeks ago their marketing department sent me one email with 100$ free chips, i guess was from one of the offers i opted that was never credited to my account.

Hmm, so you got a similar bonus yes ? Did you also ask them why it wasn't credited to you ? Most of the time players come in and the casino tells them it was an "administrative decision".

The thing is I initially wouldn't have made a deposit at all if I didn't receive this bonus offer because I haven't been able to win anything at this casino for a while now. The bonus guaranteed cashback on loss deposits so it enticed me to make a deposit without the risk. That was how it was sold to me. And then to turn around and simply say I'm not eligible, it was a marketing error, yet not offering any compensation in its place, I think that is not very good business practice. I'm not accusing them of being purposely misleading, I do believe it was a geniune mistake on their part, but I think that's beside the point. For instance, if I made a mistake at the expense of another person, if my own error caused someone else to lose money, regardless whether it was intentional or not, I would make sure that the person is properly compensated for that loss, it's just the decent thing to do. Why should they be out of pocket because of my mistake. The same principle should apply to any businesses, if a business made a mistake that resulted in their customers losing money, I would think it's just good business practice to offer some form of compensation such as a refund or another bonus in replacement perhaps. I got nothing. Anyway, I won't go on about this. It's done. Disappointing but it's done now. Bye Casino Extreme.

Apparently .But, that email appeared a few days after one of my reviews was published here.

Coincidence?
