Fun fact: a few weeks ago their marketing department sent me one email with 100$ free chips, i guess was from one of the offers i opted that was never credited to my account.

As you say, I agree.

Deposit bonuses ought to be offered and supplied to players with care. In my opinion, if a player is sufficiently captivated by the stated deposit bonus to make a deposit, there is no reason why the promised deposit bonus should not be given - without the casino committing a blatantly unfair act. False advertisement, quite similar.

I would be, however, a bit more benevolent with no deposit bonuses, but only if the casino did not make any mistakes during the whole process. 🤷‍♀️

From my perspective, in this situation, the casino is the one who lost the round.
