No payout has been received/processed yet and I have lost everything that was over the €1000 payout (€1500 still in the account).

Anyway, please avoid playing while you wait for successful withdrawal requests. Sadly, this is your burden to bear. 🙏
I requested a €1000 withdrawal on Monday. Normally this should be processed after 48 hours. Since the daily limit was a maximum of €1000, I still had €1500 in the account. I couldn't initiate a payout because my original payout wasn't processed.
To date, my withdrawal has not been processed, I have lost my remaining credit and there has been no response from support.
Hello, did you get any reason why your withdrawal was not processed by the casino ? We give casinos 14 days to resolve a withdrawal, but it is always good if they can tells you what caused the problem and why it is taking longer. So you still haven't received any reply ? I would also say that the best thing to do would be not to play and wait to see how the withdrawal turns out, so you don't lose everything. 😥
