11 november.i witdrw.after that i upload all the documents without asking. 72 hours later canceled reason other payment methode must i use. Done 72 hours again canceled again other methode must use. Oke done. 72 hours again canceled they must second ID and phonenummer Bill. Today is 23 november.

Phone bill or any other utility bill is asked to prove your address and ID + another identity document (passport, driving license) serves as another identification, I truly think this is a standard procedure. Is there any particular document you can't provide at the moment?

Even if the casino would been the worst one in the world, passing the verification is the first step 🙁.
