For information - BC.Game have still not responded to legal documents. They are responding on Trustpilot and also trying to get my reviews removed every day. Fortunately Trustpilot have backed me every step so far. It is the lies I cannot stand - on Trustpilot responses saying they have "dropped the ball" and that they normally have "impeccable customer service". Not responding to someone for 4 MONTHS and continuing not to respond after saying all this is NOT good service, in fact its worse than even the scam places! filefilefilefilefile

I mean has anyone ever experienced anything like this? All they ever do is send a generic email asking for the same information once a month - a real person never responds at any point.

I don't even know what to say to tell you the truth. It's sad when a casino takes the time to comment on things on Trustpilot but not on important things. From that point of view, I think they probably have nothing to say and that's why they don't write anything off.

Anyway, what kind of email do they send you with what kind of reply once a month, what do they request from you?

The same Copy and Pasted generic email, as below.

I have genuinely had this email at least 6 times now in response to an email detailing EVERYTHING including attachments etc. They do have to formally respond by the 31st is all I can say just now. Watch this space.

I really liked being on bcgames, but they stole my account and never gave it back to me, even though I have proof that it's mine since I have all the messages since I started the game, and does anyone know if I can sue BC games for taking my account since I have all the receipts for the deposits I made, which are more than $

100,000.00 Mexican pesos, all of that invested in my account, they take it away from me without any reason

It would only make me more angry if you say that you described everything to them and it always ends up with the same email.

However, according to your words, they should reply by the 31st so I'll keep an eye on it and definitely write if something changes, although I doubt it will happen after the same emails they sent you.

I will be here.

Hi, is the complaint you had a few months ago related to the problem you are describing? I saw that it was finally closed and unfortunately casinos have the power to close players' accounts when they have no money there. It's quite sad but it's true and they can also decide who they want as their player.

I find it strange though that they did that if you deposited there regularly, but I guess they must have had a reason for it. Too bad they didn't tell it to you.

Anyway, I was also thinking why would you want to sue them if you don't have money there, it would probably cost you more.

They have sent the above C&P reply 3 times before and never followed it up. If they don't reply by the 31st then I am happy to post the ENTIRE legal case against them on the 1st as it will already have been lodged in court.

I also thought that something like that was going on and that you were going to take it somewhere higher up to other authorities. They have a few more days but as they have not yet been able to respond I doubt they will do so in 3 days. I am curious and I will see if I can find out something new from you.

Well well, no response from BC despite giving them one last try on their Live Chat on the 29th. So now documents have been submitted and we await a hearing date. As I do not have a hearing date yet I cannot release the information. However, as soon as I can I will release all documents, videos etc on here and to the press whom I am already dealing with in the UK. Bonfire night is approaching BC.Game so prepare for some fireworks is all I am going to say - watch this space!

Hello, are you waiting for a casino withdrawal? What are the screenshots supposed to show? I can see that on one of them the withdrawal is successful and on the other one there are some wallets.

Could you help me please?

I must caution every one against the Use of BCgame. Bcgame is using dirty tactics to deceive players.

They had published the Formulas for the bonuses/cashback, to keep everything transparent.

Now, they removed all formulas and are giving players significantly less amount of Cashback and saying "Its all automatic , its correct".

This is a dirty tactic they are using to increase their House edge.

Its insane that I can't find a good and honest casino with sportsbook here on casinoguru, every casino is doing something shady.

Hi,

I think it is time to search for sportsbooks somewhere else. Not sure whether I already told you so, but we do not review sportsbooks, and the casino qualities may be quite different compared to sportsbooks.

Don't get mad at me though; I only aim to save you from another disappointment.

I recall having a conversation with a rep about some special bonus formula; frankly, if I'm not mistaken, some of the players could not understand its meaning and deemed it to be problematic... Perhaps it's not that important now.

Hi

I am not mad at you, but for some reason you always find an excuse for the casinos...

I just reckon is sad to deceive players like Bcgame is doing. They published the Formulas to calculate their monthly and Weekly Cashback/Bonus. 3 days before they give the Bonuses, they remove the published Formulas but claim they are still the same. When they give out the bonuses, the payout is significantly less than what it should be. Does that seem fair to you? It's obviously increasing the house edge unfairly, by making players believe they are going to receive a % back when in fact is a much smaller percentage.

file

if you take a look at the image, it clearly says, the monthly bonus is Wager × 1% × 3-5% depending on the Vip level. My current vip level gives me 3.5% Bonus.

Their calculations gave me 1.75%, which is lower than the minimum Vip level.

Same thing with Weekly Bonus, i am at maximum reward of 8%, but somehow they gave me 5% only.

Its literally written in their Terms of service how the reward system works, but they manage to found a way to deceive players but giving them much smaller rewards.

Make it make sense.

Hi!

Hope you had a great weekend!

It truly makes little sense to offer lower levels of advantages to players at certain VIP position, especially in comparison to general terms. I think you should ask the casino support to explain that and share their response here. From my experience, it is a bit risky to consider things based on a single screenshot. What about the FAQs? Have you found a clue there or in genereal terms, please?

I have no object in believing you that you truly feel like this is a totally unfair practice; I, for instance, would need some proof to agree the casino is deceiving players purposefully. Have you noticed the formula has been missing more often?

Hi

The fórmula is gone for good. Only on their ToS in Telegraph you can find it, but no longer on their Website.

file

I hope this is enough proof. They literally Changed their reward amount/percentage 2 days before giving out. Monthly From 3-5% to 1-2.5%, its a huge difference. And weekly from 5-8% to 2-5%...

The least they could have done was warn players beforehand and then only changing the rewards after they give them out. Imagine wagering for 1 whole month, just for them to change the amount to less than Half when they are crediting the rewards... that's all but transparent if you ask me

Thank you for the details. It is definitely proof that the casino is aware of that.

Yet, as I said, for me it does not prove the casino somehow intended to scam players. Just give my perspective a thought if you don't mind:

Do you believe a few percent of cashback is worth risking the open wrath of players? In my opinion, for some reason the casino found out the formula was not working as expected; perhaps players are not ready for such a specific model - who knows? I agree the timing and the whole quiet process of removing the formula were both poorly done.

I totally respect your bed user experience; your suggestion would certainly make the event less painful. For me, this is completely without a doubt.

Well, maybe they are not literally scamming players, but definitely Deceiving them.

Do you believe a few percent of cashback is worth risking the open wrath of players

It may not seem much, but when someone wagered over 1.5M during that month we are talking about quite a few hundreds or even thousands.

I was supposed to receive close to 1K in rewards, weekly + Monthly + lvl Up, and because they decreased the rewards before giving out, I received less than 500$. So yeah, I feel severely deceived. But it is what it is, not going to stick to Bcgame any longer, as its notnthe 1st time they do this.

I have used Stake and rollbit before, and Being VIP there actually had benefit.

I feel I have more to lose being Vip here than actually gaining from being Vip.

Also, they used to display every fórmula and information about bonuses, rewards and cashback... now, they don't have anything displayed, and basically it's everything at their "discretion" , which means they can do whatever they want, tampering with the rewards and they will just claim it's up to them.

This is not transparent and takes away the little trust i had left.

In my opinion, you composed the reply very well, and it is awesome that all you put into it covers the significant loophole between what somehow could be proven and thus potentially marked as a scam and between some sort of very unfavorable user experience, which I perfectly understand won't win your trust.

If my memory serves me correctly, the casino did not make a significant attempt to address your query regarding whether it is still worthwhile to be a VIP after the formula was removed and the percentage declined.

As I give it more thought, I would say that, given what you have already experienced and explained, there is no need to categorize the events using terms like "scam" or "deceit" on my part. Your description seems like a very sensible idea, and I hope the casino's management will reconsider how they treat players by changing such significant factors without anyone's notice.

I was told by Bc games that I won't be able to withdraw because I am a high risk user and that I wouldn't be able to verify my account anymore. And I have some funds to withdraw from there. I'm not happy with the way they are sounding after rejecting my id and not sending back my funds which is held.
