Hi, I have a problem with the BC GAME platform.

I can't withdraw my balance

It asks me for verification ✅. Of cell phone and email. Verification successful and it takes me back to the withdrawal screen and so on repeatedly,

I don't know what to do anymore because neither the technical support nor the live one answer me,

I thought that by reloading easily it was not so cumbersome to remove.

When I was playing here I had the same problem. After 2 or 3 withdrawals it stopped working. Try to put 2FA after you verify your email and Phone number. It worked for me.

Yesterday, I signed up on BC to gamble and deposited $1,000. I was playing big spins ($10) on Sweet Bonanza 1000. At first, I went a bit up and then down, but then I hit a bonus that paid an incredible $69,000! 

I attempted to withdraw $25,000, but the withdrawal failed, and my account withdrawal was blocked. I contacted support, and they informed me I needed to complete KYC verification. I complied and submitted all the necessary documents.

However, to my surprise, support then told me:

"Dear user, we regret to inform you that your account will no longer be eligible to pass the KYC verification."

When I asked for an explanation, they couldn’t give me a reason.

For context, I am French but reside in Malta, which is not a restricted area for BC. There’s absolutely no legitimate reason for them to deny my withdrawal—they simply don’t want to pay out my winnings.

Hello, that's quite a sad situation. Based on the restricted countries I've seen, if you're a resident of Malta then there shouldn't be a problem. I don't know why the casino didn't at least say on what basis they took this step.

Obviously we will be wiser only when the team finds out more or if we contact the casino. 

Until then, we will have to be patient and wait and see how it goes.

Thanks Jaro, they accepted my documents so far, my KYC is now valid, but withdraws still locked and support is telling me to wait... LOL

Maybe there was just a mistake and they are trying to fix it, but we won't know until we know more, so that's just my guess. 

Anyway, I hope it will be possible to get the information soon and that everything will be explained and you will be able to withdraw the money. 

STAY AWAY. Those scammers ban people's accounts like nothing. I was fighting for getting my host back. Support kept saying your host will assign in few days and same time i got screenshots from Their mods chat. They scam mod 'valkrye' saying this is an inactive player don't grant him host back while i was having 70k wager and -3000$ in 2 days. And she said don't let they know they cant get the host. And after all they banned my account for nothing. SUPER SCAM SITE

Is there any real money balance in your account left? Didn't they give you any explanation regarding the blockage?

This place is a complete joke. BC Casino is nothing but a trap to take your money. Once you win, they suddenly suspend your withdrawal with no explanation. They'll keep dragging it out, asking for pointless documents or giving vague excuses, just hoping you'll get fed up and lose your winnings back to them. It's a shady tactic designed to frustrate players into gambling away what they rightfully earned.

They’re quick to take your deposit, but when it’s time to pay out? Good luck. You’ll get the runaround from support, automated responses, and no real help. I’ve never dealt with a more unprofessional and dishonest operation.

Avoid this scam of a casino at all costs. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away.

Hello, I see that the experience was not pleasant so I will ask. You haven't gone through verification yet, have you? What documents did the casino ask you for that you consider absurd? Maybe the problem is right there and therefore until you pass it successfully, you usually can't even make a withdrawal.

My withdrawal has been suspended without no reason. Its been 3 days now I cannot withdraw.

I believe that the casino needs to do some additional verification, as you wrote in your complaint. Right?

They kept sending me $5 bonuses last few months. I tought it was strange, since they never sent shit until recently. Anyway, after my 4th or 5th $5 bonus (which has 30x wagering btw) I had some luck on the slots and managed to run up my bonus balance to about $500. Imagine my surprise after I completed the wagering and my $500 bonus balance disappeared and I got $5 real money ROFL. I mean, I understand its a NDB, but cmon man. They could have at least capped the winnings to $100 or something like that. Scam city.

When they sent the bonuses to you, did they include the terms of the bonus as well?

It should be all written there, I believe.
