All they need is an identifier such as mobile number which is more difficult to change. That way people can't make multiple accounts. Also, they can find duplicate deposit methods...so again...why not stop the deposit from the player rather than allow it and then decline the withdrawal? So many questions but BC.Game sure won't answer.

Literally gone back through my emails - 27 emails sent over 5 email accounts to attempt to speak to them since June - number of responses, zero. Surely their rep here is more responsive? Although I have a lawyer who is dealing with the case in Curacao I still would like to seek their final response - they don't realise that by ignoring they are making the case against them stronger!
