I waited for ~7/8 business days and didn't get any answers from live chat support about submitting any documents or any other instructions - it just says "pending". It's my first transaction so I'm surprised they haven't asked for any documents yet. Regarding the deposit/withdrawal system: I use the same card but when I click on withdraw via Mastercard it always says Visa next to the withdrawal amount...? Thanks for the answer, I'll wait and then get back to you 👌🏽
