Well in this case I would recommend to try to delete cookies, alternatively another device and browser. If it's still a problem, be sure to get in touch and we'll try to find out what's going on. 

Hello I find myself kicked out of amunra casino because by asking in live chat at what point my withdrawal was I declared to be addicted to gambling and in this case they told me that I would have lost my winnings and they kicked me out. Now I say I played all my salary I was hoping for the € 500 win that I made with my own money and not with bonuses what can I do to get my withdrawal back? I await your help.

Hey, do I understand correctly that they took all your money for saying you addicted to gambling ? I mean, that doesn't seem like a fair move by the casino. 

If this is the case, then I wouldn't hesitate to file a complaint right away where our team will try to investigate and help you.

Hello. I also had problems with this casino as soon as I requested a withdrawal. I can't solve this problem for 5 months. since April 2024. Now I filed a complaint here on the site, but I still haven't received a response from the casino. I hope to somehow solve my problem.

I can see that unfortunately, until now, the casino has not been willing to cooperate with your complaint. It is a shame whenever a casino doesn't even try to explain the situation and our team is not able to move forward.

May I ask, though, what exactly the problem is there? Why do they need the residence permit document from you?🤔

I also do not understand why they need this document. I provided the casino with many other documents such as a passport, a foreign passport, a driver's license, a bank statement, utility bills. Kazhino simply does not want to pay out money, constantly coming up with new demands. At the same time, the amount that I won from the Casino is 96 euros.

I bet Romi was interested in whether the casino explained the purpose to you. Did they?

No, they didn't explain the situation. It's a really bad situation when a casino asks for a document that they can't provide to avoid paying out. They are probably trying to avoid their obligations this way.

As I can see now, the casino replied in your complaint thread but still did not give the answer to why they need this document if you are not able to get it anymore, as of the reason that you don't need to.🤷‍♀️

Unfortunately, we need to wait a bit longer to learn how this situation will unfold.

I've been trying to withdraw from "AmunRa" Casino for days and it just keeps saying "pending"... I've tried again and again to cancel the withdrawal and try again. The next thing is that I want to withdraw to Mastercard but when I select it, it says Visa next to the amount. I realize that it won't work and that's why I'm writing here to see if anyone can help me. I have screenshots and emails of everything.

Hi, first of all I would say that it is not the best thing to cancel withdrawals all the time because it extends the length of time you should get the money.

However, when was the last time you made a withdrawal? Are you withdrawing using the same method you used to deposit? Did you ask the casino why your withdrawal was still pending and how long you are waiting? Sometimes you have to be a bit patient until the withdrawal is approved if it was, for example, the first one or if the casino asks for some documents for verification. None of this was necessary?

I waited for ~7/8 business days and didn't get any answers from live chat support about submitting any documents or any other instructions - it just says "pending". It's my first transaction so I'm surprised they haven't asked for any documents yet. Regarding the deposit/withdrawal system: I use the same card but when I click on withdraw via Mastercard it always says Visa next to the withdrawal amount...? Thank you for your reply, it is clear to me that the casino is not communicating with you yet, which would not be pleasant for me either. We give casinos 14 days to sort out everything that is necessary to withdraw and if they ignore you and you don't have the money by then, then we would try to help you if you opened a complaint with us. But by all means don't cancel the withdrawal you have now because the time I mentioned is counted from the time you make it. If you haven't heard anything new and still see it as pending and the casino hasn't responded, feel free to get in touch again. If you don't need the documents and you don't have to go through the verification process, that's fine, casinos don't always do it the first time you make a withdrawal and you can go through the process later. 

I would also recommend not to gamble with your money and wait until everything is sorted out.

Thank you, the site cancelled my withdrawal from 11/14 on its own and I still get no answers... documents are still not required.

In that case, I would have already thought about filing a complaint because it doesn't seem completely normal to me that they wouldn't give you any answer. I don't need the documents so that's fine on your part too. I don't know why that is and it would be best to find out from the casino. If nothing happens in the next few days, let me know and we'll try to help. 🙂
