Yes, I completely understand and I would be frustrated as well. If I wanted to use the bonuses and they denied me access everywhere, i.e. within the same group, I would be upset. I know this can happen when players take bonuses frequently and basically focus on them. I don't know what your case is, but it doesn't have to be exclusively what I'm mentioning.
Anyway, if you want to use bonuses it will probably have to be elsewhere.😥

Exactly the same thing happened to me. By decision of the administrator, all bonuses and achievements with points (a lot of money) have been withdrawn from all casinos in that group (58 casinos). I have been lost as a user.

They didn't do this before, but now when you want to withdraw money they will ask for verification, and it is practically impossible to verify yourself. They will ask for bank account transactions and several photos. When you send everything they will tell you that it is not correct or that they need time (it happened to me at funbet) until you get tired of waiting. Believe me, they are a scam.
